Very good located close to the kite surf beach. Everything was clean. Very kind staff.
We got an upgrade to our own villa. It is necessary to have a scooter. However, th hotel mangement organized one for us. So we could driveto the city within 20 min & go to the supermarket to prepare some great Greek food for dinner.

We were very excited about our stay at Villa Paradise. it was a little hard to find, down a long dusty dirt road, but once we found it, we knew it was the right place. It looked glorious, like a jewel sprawling up the side of the hill! Luca, the manager, met us and told us that we had been upgraded from "Meadow" to "Yellow" which was just fine by us. From a two-bedroom villa to a three-bedroom was just perfect for us!

Luca took us through the unit, whose grounds were absolutely spectacular! Beautiful walkways and plantings throughout really impressed us. A wonderful patio overlooked Orkos Beach and the area south of the Chora was the perfect place to eat, read, work and just relax. There were four loungers on a small sunny patio overlooking the beach. Priceless!

Inside, a large living room was outfitted with a flat-screen TV and surround sound (which, for some reason, were not operating while we were there; Luca tried to fix it, but was unsuccessful, but no biggie). There were sturdy wooden windows and sashes that were the best we have ever seen; all the windows were fitted with shutters, too. The kitchen was completely outfitted with appliances and just about everything one could possibly want. There was also a bath with shower and toilet upstairs. A stairway connected upstairs to three bedrooms on the lower level, two of which had outside patios and sitting areas with even more plants and flowers. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit and the bathroom was large and very comfortable with a jacuzzi tub. A full wall of closets (which were lockable) contained beach and bath towels and other items that were very thoughtful touches.

We also found a large basket of fresh vegetables from the 3,000-square meter on-site garden (which, for some reason, seemed to be locked with a padlock so not exactly sure how one could 'help himself' to the fresh vegetables although, one day, the gardener was working there so Luca took us on a tour). Notwithstanding the fact of the garden being locked, they were very generous about leaving baskets of fresh produce and, I am certain, one could request whatever he or she wanted although we did not see any fresh tomatoes except for grape tomatoes, which were exceptionally sweet and delicious.

We were exceedingly happy with the "new, improved and upgraded" villa.

The beach was across the street and very nice, blue water, sandy and there were about a dozen lounges and palm umbrellas. It is, obviously, a public beach (as all the beaches in Greece are) people from other rental properties (there are many in the area) are free to use the beach, too. The road has a lot of traffic as this is a pretty "main thoroughfare, despite the fact it is not paved.
Housekeeping was very good although, most days we declined since the villa was so large and there were just two of us, so we did not really mess it up and were happy to make our own bed.

Overall, Villa Paradise was much more substantial than we expected. The property is beautifully maintained and Luca, the manager, is almost always available if you need anything. Obviously, the owner spared absolutely no expense in creating this slice of heaven. Our unit was beautiful, large and more than comfortable. The villa and its furnishings were of a very high quality. For people who want a self-catering property where they can relax, cook for themselves and spend time enjoying the almost total privacy and local beach, this is a perfect hideaway.

One thing that Americans will never get used to is the fact that toilet tissue cannot be thrown down the toilet ... enough said about that!

Villa Paradise is in a good location, not too far from the Port and near many beautiful beaches, tavernas and restaurants. I would very highly recommend Villa Paradise which is very reasonably priced for what one gets. We only wished we were staying longer than our too brief four-night stay!

Room Tip: Villa Paradise is set on the side of a rather steep hill, requiring that guests use stairways to get to their respective villas. People who cannot use extensive stairways should book the villas nearest the street. The villas higher on the hill have the best views and more privacy, but also more stairs to reach them. Each unit is so unique, the website gives a very good description of each unit and actually undersells it, in my opinion. I feel that guests get more than expected!

Start with a gorgeous uncrowded sand beach with crystal clear turquoise water; add beach lounges and straw umbrellas; throw in a comfortable and well appointed two room villa with a lovely patio above and overlooking the idyllic beach; at night add the stars and some unidentified evening blooming flower that is oh so fragrant; and just for grins add a hearty breakfast (fresh omelet fruit, bread, pastries, yogurt, milk, juice and coffee) delivered right to our patio at the time of our choosing each day and you have this beachfront paradise. We spent 3 1/2 lovely days there and could have easily spent more. Worth the curvy bumpy road to get there with special thanks to our caring host Luca and his entire staff.

Room Tip: All the villas are good; it just depends how much room you need. We stayed in Villa Wave which was fantastic!

Perfect for a romantic holiday. Villa Miami was awesome, fantastic view, good beds and enough space. The flat was very clean. The kitchen area was very little and without dishwasher.
The nearest grocery store is 700 - 800 m from villa Paradise, so a car is advantageous

I was at Villa Paradise for 6 day and the villa I rented (Cave) was beautiful, great views of the ocean either from the living room or the bedroom, super private and the service was great, Luca was very accommodating and helpful with any of our requests, the apartment was cleaned every day and the location was very private, I highly recommend it.
