Our party of four (two couples) recently visited this winery. The tasting room gets high marks from us for customer service. As is typical of Prince Edward County wineries, their offerings are heavy on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and they do a fine job with both, including the 2009 Reserve Pinot Noir if you're willing to part with $45 for a bottle (we did). You can sample wines at the tasting bar here, you can order a glass to drink out on their patio, and you can also order food (brick oven pizza). On the day that we visited, they had live music out on the patio - delightful! If you're value minded, try the Colonel's Cuvee (a lovely blend of Gamay, Syrah, and Pinot Noir) at only $14.75 per bottle - a bargain!
