It's not an easy task to keep up with all those fine nosh places on the sunny coast. Yet this eatery deserves to be mentioned for value, quality, service and possibly the best view around town. We will be back for more. Love it!

Had the best meal so far on our trip to Australia last night. This is a great restaurant. The staff were so friendly and the food was great. We had calamari, steak, bugs, and the most succulent pork and crackling I've had! fairly pricey but not excessive for the quality. Not to be missed.

We took advantage of the mid week locals special, the staff were friendly and did a good job without offering excellent service (to be fair it was soon after opening so maybe they were all still on a learning curve).
We both chose the Barossa Pure Angus Rib-Fillet 400g at $45 each it was their best steak and it was very good, but the meat was not 5 star top end end as it should have been although the chefs did a good job cooking it with perfect rare and medium rare steaks hitting the table.
For what we got food wise it was not great value for money but we will return as we have eye's on the BBQ ribs.

Arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday night with 7 other friends to celebrate one of their birthdays. We were told upon arrival its busy so you will have a bit of a wait...All orders done inside 10 minutes...

All chatting and enjoying a catch up and after a while we wondered what the time was? 45 minutes had gone and no sign of any food or any idea of when it was to arrive. Only answer was " I did say it was going to be a bit of wait" Great way to make your guests feel welcome......NOT!

60 minutes later.....We were all starting to fade and become VERY hungry now.....Still no sign of our food....Yes its coming now!

1 hour and 15 minutes later we get our food! The size of the food is small to medium at very best. I had a burger and chips. The chips consisted of about 12 chips in a very small bowl??? When you go out for steak you want chips! Burger tasted good I think....Was past the enjoyment stage of eating and now in survival mode.

Everyone's food was tasty but after such a long wait we shoved our food down! How can you enjoy your dinner when it arrives so late at 9pm? Such a shame as we all left feeling fat and full and tired.

I would never go there on a weekend night unless its at 6:30 or take a packed lunch....Complementary bread should have been coming out to us after 45 minutes of waiting minimum. No apologies, no complementary food or drink just a $300 bill.

I would recommend the food just don't go when its busy.

Delish sirloin even the baked potato had a smokey flavour. My partner had the half rack of ribs and the home made BBQ sauce was so good I even dipped my steak in!
