Good price for a good hotel. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. We were there during a heat wave and the pool did save us from dying! :) room has really good air con and comfy beds. Close to the Noosa Marina, just 10min walk. No breakfast. Small appliances so you can have breakfast in the room and save some money. Close to Noosaville that is heaps better than Noosa Heads.

Was a pretty nice place to stay. The room was nothin special but it was comfortable and clean. Kitchenette was minimal. I'd recommend asking for a room with a view. We stayed near the back and there was a nice little veranda but nothing to look at. Laundry was shared with people above us. Pools were great. Reception was pretty nice. We stayed at a quiet time and the whole resort was just about deserted so I was surprised we were not able to check out late since we had to wait for a light flight.

Location is nice, near the marina with sunset cruises, near a woolworths, but minimal restaurants around. Very far trek from restaurants and nightlife, half hour bus to the main strip, and no public transport later at night so looking at a 60 dollar taxi ride home.

This is a nice place with most facilities that you could want. We shared with friends and had the two bedroom townhouse. As others have said, the bottom is basically a studio set up with upstairs a 1 bedroom apartment. The pools were nice, the rooms were spacious enough and clean. The upstairs bedroom only had a ceiling fan but the lounge has an air conditioner. I liked the location of the hotel but it is about 15-20 mins away from the centre of Noosa which some may not like. It was a little way out but the Marina is only a couple of minutes walk away. It is good for families or those looking for a quiet get away who have access to a car. I'd recommend it to others to stay

Great location for families looking for self-contained family accommodation. Rooms a bit worn and needing a spruce up. Short drive (or a nice walk) to Noosaville shops and restaurants, and Tewantin Marina. Good for those who would rather not be right in the heart of Noosa Heads, which can get crazy in holiday season.

Room Tip: Many rooms either face the lagoon pool on the inside, or the lake on the outside. The lake view is b...

Per other reviews, definitely needs a restaurant, although they do have Sunday buffet breakfasts. Isometric quality restaurants across the road at Harbour Town and a few minutes further there's an RSL. There is an Indian takeaway and a fish-n-chips/burger bar right next door to the resort. Rooms are not big and are dated but for a budget holiday/couples with a young child, certainly worth a look. Some private rentals exist within the complex. The pools are great, especially for kids. If you don't mind a walk 10-20 minutes along the river front to the Gympie Terrace precinct, with plenty of dining ops to suit all budgets, Australis is a good budget holiday option.

Room Tip: Poolside if you can for that holiday feeling. Mozzies can be bad at the lake side, especially after...

We stayed at the apartments for 3 nights. On check in staff friendly and we were close to the reception and main road. The apartment was clean, if a little dated, but had everything including washing machine and dryer which was good for us as we are travelling for a month and this gave us opportunity to wash some clothes.

Negatives:

No free wifi and it was expensive if you did have to pay for it. It was $15 a day or $5.95 an hour.
No air con in the bedroom just a ceiling fan which was quite loud so I had to choose between a disrupted sleep because of noise or heat either way I woke up on a few occasions.

It's in a good location close to Noosa Marina which offers some restaurants and shops and not a long walk to Gympie Rd which also has more restaurants and shops. It's about 50 min walk into the main Noosa town where, again, there are more restaurants and bars so a taxi is recommended unless you don't mind the walk which we did.

Overall a nice place to stay for the money. However the modern traveller does require wifi not at a steep price as most place offer it for free and air con in the bedroom, especially in such a warm country is also a must.

Just needs a restaurant and it would be perfect. The room we stayed in was clean, in pretty good condition and had all of your basic needs. The view of the pools (3 of them) and garden from the balcony was lovely and noise was not an issue at all. (It wasn't swarming with people at the time so maybe that's why). The staff were helpful and the location far enough away from central Noosa to be peaceful, but still close enough (very close to the marina if wanting a ferry ride). Very good place to stay with kids (the pools in particular). If u add free wifi that'd be a major bonus). Overall, a very nice place to stay.
