We stayed here for four nights and found the room to be clean, comfortable and well-equipped. There are ground floor and first floor rooms, all with balconies, that surround the pools. Our room on the first floor was very good in most regards. The kitchenette was supplied with everything that we needed to self cater with good utensils and sharp knives that were properly sharp (a bugbear of mine with many self-catering rooms). A larger saucepan would've been good to have though.
There is a shared laundry room downstairs (one for every two rooms), and a good iron and ironing board in each room. It would've been appreciated, though, if more sachets of laundry powder hade been supplied. The same goes for the dishwasher as, when you're travelling around, you cannot carry supplies with you. It is possible to buy more sachets from reception, but I object to such penny-pinching policies. Guests are asked to make sure that all the washing up is done before they check out, so please provide the means to do so free of charge.
There is air conditioning in the sitting room area but not in the bedroom, where there is only a ceiling fan. Lighting is generally good, although we did have to transfer the bedside lamps to the sitting room area in the evenings as they are otherwise only bright ceiling lights. It would be good to provide extra lamps in this area. Wifi is reasonably good and free.
The hotel is just 3 minutes walk from Noosa Marina, where you can catch the ferry to Noosa Head and the man in beach (€25 for an all-dat ticket, you can get on and off as much a second you like), and the bus stop Is see right outside the entrance. There is a very good Woolworths supermarket about 10 minutes walk away.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming, and (subject to the couple of minor points above) the hotel has everything that we wanted, including good comfortable beds.
