What a gem!! Kilham hall is a magnificent find and one to be treasured with only 3 bedrooms you are in for a treat, the rooms are beautify decorated and maintained to a very high standard, as is the rest of the property and gardens. Joanne and David provide an excellent B & B service with a warm welcome and friendly hospitality.

Each morning a fine breakfast awaits you, home made Bread, Jam’s and marmalade are plenty full, a cooked breakfast (all locally sourced products) and a selection of cereals, fresh fruit that are served on white china plates with a good pot of Yorkshire Tea and fruit juice served in crystal glasses.

Evening meals although are not provided (unless 4 or more would like to eat) the local pub is only a short walk away, with may other options available being only a short drive.

A bed & Breakfast to compare all others by!

Thank you for a memory to treasure and a wonderful weekend.

this is the third time we have stayed at this superb hotel. Wonderful location, superbly looked after gardens and the decor is absolutely superb. We have now stayed in all three rooms and each of them are special in their own way. Joanne and David are great hosts. Joanne's breakfasts are to die for. We have never been to a more relaxing place. already looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed on a rainy weekend in February whilst visiting family. What a haven! We received a warm welcome from Joanne and David, who are the perfect hosts in every way.
The standards of everything are exceptional, with every little detail thought through. Over the last 20 years we have looked for the right place to stay in this part of Yorkshire and our search is now over. We will be back !

We visited Kilham Hall in September last year for a romantic 1st Wedding Anniversary. We found Kilham Hall through Tripadvisor so instantly had very high expectations given the rave reviews. We were not disappointed in the slightest. From turning into the drive and having your breath taken away by the charming beauty of Kilham Hall to the delicious complimentary Afternoon tea served on arrival, Kilham Hall was everything we were looking for in a luxury weekend away. We stayed in the Sledmere Suite which has a private external access as well as internal and is located right by the charming pool. The room was lovely, clean and contemporary with a spacious bathroom and quality toiletries. It really was the little touches that help make this hotel so special and distinguished it from others that we have stayed in. Fudge and fresh fruit in the rooms and Joanne delicious home cooked breakfasts complete with fresh bread. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends or family looking for the perfect break away from it all. There is plenty to do and see in the immediate area as well with the coast just a few miles up the road. Many thanks for a wonderful weekend and for helping us celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary in style. We will be back!!

I would 100% recommend Kilham Hall to anyone. Joanne and David were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were devine, the beds were so comfy, the best nights sleep you'll ever have!!
Me and my hubby came here for our honeymoon as a little get away straight after the wedding as we didn't want all the hassell involved with going abroad, and it was just perfect. When England is at it's best you simply cannot beat it!
Hopefully going back for our first anniversary :)

My husband and I were looking for a weekend retreat after a I had suffered a long term illness. Kilham Hall with Joanne and her husband proved to be just the ticket. The house is beautiful and the attention to detail in the bedroom and gorgeous bathroom was second to none. Joanne was an amazing host and her local knowledge and contacts was very impressive. The breakfast choice was unbelievable and it was the tastiest breakfast I've had for a long time. Couldnt recommend highly enough.
