We had a beautiful and spacious unpowered site over the Easter weekend, we had three sets of families book requesting to be near each other, unfortunately one set were not very close at all which was very disappointing for a family holiday, especially when we discovered another site free two sites away the entire wknd.
However the park is picturesque, with plenty of play space for kids (good size park, two jumping pillows, water park etc) huge improvement from when I was a kid!
We were right on the river and thoroughly enjoyed being a very short stroll to the beach.
Check in was smooth (although when we booked we were informed that they would debut 50% non refundable, only to get our credit card statement and discover we were charged in full at time of booking).
I highly suggest taking a carry bucket as there is only one garbage place out the front which is a quite reasonable distance to go.
The amenities were cleaned regularly, however being peak time there were lines up for showers quite frequently.
We do plan to return, however will do a bulk booking and request particular sites in future.
