The boat was nice, food was ok, equipment was good, for dive master ask for Jimmy, he was brilliant, Dont hesitate do go safari with Bajo, even dive guide, the owner Anke was really kind..the boat was supposed for 6 person, but they loaded for 8 person, fresh water was finished in the last day, but i really dont mind, they should be better next time..

We came during our Easter break and had an amazing time! Did a liveaboard for 3 days and met some amazing people. The dives were great and equipment was fine. Food on board was good and there was always enough to eat. The boat is simple but has everything you need for a good three days of fun. Can't wait to be back!

We also stayed on the new resort. It was really nice but a little far from town with no road access so you must wait for the resort boat. Also it has no electricity during the day! But views are great and it's very quiet and secluded.

Bajo Dive Club surely makes me wanna come back, next time for longer stay!
BDC staff are very friendly. They were quick in replying my initial emails and so patience with me in replying my inquiries either via email or text msg.
The divings were awesome! The divemasters are friendly and very patience with us. They are highly experience and knows the safest way yet fun to dive. The boat crew were also friendly and kind. Super!
And also the staff at the resort; sweet ladies there were so helpful and always full of smile! That vinegar sure did help reduce the swollen when a bee stung my calf! Thank you!
Thank you all! :)))

We had a great time with Bajo Dive. We stayed on their new resort just a little bit out of town and we also went on their liveaboard for three days.

The resort is new and very comfortable. The beds are nice and pillows are good. The bungalows are beautiful....very private and spacious. they all have large balconies with patio furniture. The restaurant by the water offer pretty good food as well and the view is amazing. However, there is no electricity during the day as their generator turns on usually from 6pm - 6am only, which made it a little bit of a hassle if you need to charge cameras/phones during the day. There's also no internet/wifi available on the resort, but it's easy enough to get an indonesian SIM and pre-paid internet. The room we stayed in didn't have hot water, but we didn't mind most of the time since it's so hot outside anyway. Also, there's not really a beach front (it's small and quite dirty/rocky), definitely cannot play in the sand or the water. The resort is around 20 minutes by boat to the town, which made it a little inconvenient. Since the boat is the only way out, you have to arrange with the resort to go out to town - you also have to pay for the transport out and it's not very cheap.

As for the liveaboard, we had an amazing time. The dives were amazing and the dive masters are knowledgeable. We had no problems with dive gear or equipment. We all had cabins but chose to sleep on the decks because the cabins are too stuffy. Food on the boat were always freshly prepared and they were delicious and we always had enough to eat. We had a lot of fun on the trip and enjoyed every minute of it. The boat is not luxurious but it has everything you need.

I did my Open Water course over 2.5 days in the beginning of my trip with Stefan. He was an amazing instructor who made sure we had fun and was safe at all times. Day after that I immediately hopped on a 3-day liveaboard safari and was blown away by the experience. Frank and Lucas, our divemasters, were a lot of fun. Also met a bunch of people from all over the world, which made up the rest of the dive party and made it the best introductory experience to diving I could ask for. (Go team Pepito!)

Definitely not prepared for diving in 5-knot currents at Castle Rock, but it was well worth it to get to see lots of reef sharks. It was a challenging dive, but not dangerous as we were all briefed as to how to approach it, and what to do when separated.

Would definitely return again.
