Wonderful hotel, full kitchen, very nice place to stay while traveling through. We stayed here one night. Cooked diner in our room. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Nice clean room and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed several times the past year and have always found the accomadations clean and the grounds neat and clean. The staff has always been very friendly and accomadating. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. It is in a nice location and offers many ammenities not found at most hotels. We look forward to many more weekends at "our home away from home!!!!"

Reading the previous review, I'm amazed that we stayed at the same hotel during the same weekend. Our gymnastics team chose the Residence Inn for our 4 day visit for the Western Championships. All four families and the coaches, loved it. The staff was very friendly and acommodating. The morning that we were leaving, the front desk clerk asked all about the girls' competition and wished us a safe trip home.

Our room was very clean and the refrigerator was too.

For the rate that we paid, we felt that overall, we got a great value for our money. Might have liked for the breakfast to have more of a variety everyday. But then again, it's more than a continental and it's included in the price of the room. So, it's a good deal.

I know that this hotel was listed upon the top on trip Advisor, but really? This was a horrible experience. The room was okay but their housekeeping staff left something to be deisred. I don't know why it was okay to have left food bits under the bed and the fridge was horribly dirty. You could tell that the room wasn't vacuumed and I was begining to wonder if the bed sheets were fresh or not. When I went to the front desk to compliain in the morning, I was astonished to see that there was no one at the desk and when someone did show up, he didn't seem interested at all in my concerns. I don't know if it was just an off day for everyone or not, but let's just stay, we checked out early and went to stay down the road.

After a long day on the road with two toddlers the two bed room suite at this property was a welcome sight. While neither the bedrooms or living area is large, the combination of spaces gave the children run-around room. The beds were comfortable, and overall the room was clean. The refrigerator temperature was much too high so we had to lower it. The room was overly warm and there seemed to be no way to cool it other than to open the window, which worked fine for us.

It was a typical Residence Inn experience, but we were disappointed with two things. First, the decor of the room is old and just on the verge of shabby. A property like the Residence Inn should be refurbished before a guest takes notice of the need. Second, the breakfast buffet was, in a word, dismal. Nothing was warm, including the make-it-yourself waffle after having to use frozen butter and cold syrup. We stayed here twice in ten days. On our second visit we skipped breakfast and went to a great IHOP just down the road from the hotel.

Overall we spent a comfortable couple of nights in this hotel, but feel a little nervous in giving it an unqualified recommendation because of problems noted above.

Easy to locate and right off the freeway. Excellent, courteous and fast check-in. There was a hospitality hour when we arrived (5:00pm) which was unexpected and very nice. Just chicken wings, tater tots and lemonade, but very convenient and nice after a long drive. The lobby/dining area is very nicely appointed and comfortable and there were complimentary coffee/tea stations at all times. Complimentary newspaper stand at the front desk, too. The room was large with a roomy sitting area and separate bed area. Firm king bed, large vanity area, full kitchen and very, very clean with everything in good repari and working order. The swimming pool was clean and the area held a large supply of pool towels. In the morning there was a FULL (read: eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, cereal {hot & cold) toast, bagels, muffins, pastries, fruit, fogurt, ready-to-make waffles with all the syrup, jam, jelly, peanut butter or cream cheese you could want. 3 different juices, individual milk, individual yogurts, coffee station with an array of flavored syrups) BREAKFAST Not a little continetal breakfast with donuts and stale coffee, but an honest, real breakfast. ... A meal with this much included is only found in expensive brunches and even for what little of it we ate (a few items a piece) we would have paid app 8.00 ea (24.00) at a nearby restaurant for breakfast alone. And we didn't have to go further than just down the hall. All this cost only $85 plus tax. If only every hotel/motel chain were so efficient, courteous, gracious and clean. An excellent experience all the way around. I highly recommend staying here. I can't imagine a complaint against this place, but a person had one, the front dest and kitchen employees were so gracious and accommodating that I'm sure a satisfactory resolution would be made immediately.

The staff is very professional and polite. The property was immaculate, and the room is exactly as advertised. The suite had a full kitchen (except for the oven--has a microwave, not conventional), right down to a dishwasher and disposal. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, plates, and utensils that you might need to make your own meals. A full (not continental) breakfast is served downstairs, so that's one less meal to worry about. The hotel does offer a grocery service, and will fill your shopping list for you. According to the hotel's information, you only pay for the cost of the groceries--no surcharges. All of this helps you save money by avoiding the restaurants.

The room had plenty of lighting, and tons of outlets, which is important for a gadget-freak like myself. In the one-bedroom suite, both the main room and the bedroom have their own TVs, with full cable. The bathroom and closet space are larger than average.

The hotel is right along I-90, about 20-25 minutes from Spokane Airport, and is less than a half-mile from a shopping mall. Plenty of stuff nearby. For active people, the Centennial Trail passes right behind the hotel (paved trail from Spokane to Coeur d'Alene).

I came to Spokane to consider relocation to the area. If I need to return before moving into my new place, I will be staying here again--no need to shop around.
