Our stay this time was a bust. We stayed in a cabin, first deluxe cottage we'd ever stayed in that had absolutely nothing in it - dishes, utensils, coffee pot, linens, etc. the cabin had not been cleaned from the previous guests, cable didn't work right and the AC was froze up. This park is right in town also. Not a bad park, this time was just a bad experience.

Super location , right between Spokane the city) and Cor d'Alene. Very clean bathrooms. We stayed in a cabin and the bathroom closest to us was handicapped accessible - which meant large showers. The laundry facilities were nice - they will give you change in the store. /and like all the other reviews - there is a train that runs right behind the campgrounds - its very loud. We counted over 100 cars. The cabins were on the other side of the camp - so it wasn't too bad. There is a great little donut shop nearby for early morning breakfast.

This KOA is nice, the bathrooms are very clean, the staff is wonderful and the prices in their store are fair and the park was very quite. The reason i will never come back are those damn trains. All hours of the night and the East bound train blows his horn several time right next to the campground because of a crossing right up the road. The tracks are about 30 feet from the fence for the campground, no joke. The internet was hit or miss, I had troubles getting connected and staying connected. Take heed, if you are tent camping that train stands a good chance of making your stay terrible. No sleep=no fun
I paid $90 dollars for two night at a site with water and electric.

I saw another review where the KOA offered earplugs, that was not offered to me. would have been great.

Room Tip: If you are tent camping, keep moving. Not worth the head aches.

Stayed here 3 nights with friends. Facilities were all extremely clean. Our tent site was flat and comfortable and had a fire pit brought to our site. Bathrooms were clean and the showers were warm.

Lots of activities: basketball/tennis court, pedal karts to explore the campground, a nice playground, heated pool and even a mini agility course for the dogs!

Trains do run by the campground, but we were so exhausted from our day's excursions, that with the help of earplugs (compliments of the front desk) we were totally unaware of them.

Room Tip: Call to reserve a spot farthest away from the trains and water towers if you are sensitive to noise.

We went to the KOA in July for one week while my son attended a basketball skills camp. We had our other two children with us and found it to be just great for all of us. They had wonderful shower houses and a nice outdoor pool. They also had a nice laundry facility at a reasonable price. We were pleased with the full service drive through sites. We had left our dog at home and found that they were so dog friendly we were wishing we had brought her with us, they even had an agility play area for your dog which my daughter thought was incredible. If I had one complaint it would be that the sites were very close to one another with no trees or privacy blockers in between. Before we went I read a lot of complaints about the Train noise, but we were never bothered by it. The staff were willing to help with any issues we had(printing out Silverwood tickets). If I ever am in Spokane with my camper again I will certainly stay there.

The campground was nice and clean and children liked the pool. It was very busy (nearly every site full) the night we stayed. The train was quite loud during the night and about 5 or 6 passed by the campground. They warn you during check in and offer free ear plugs.

Stayed there one night in a tent spot. While the bathrooms were clean and there were free showers, a combination of trains, traffic, screaming children until 11pm and weird water tower noises resulted in a horrible sleep.
Definitely wouldn't stay there again.
