I know it's best to book but we thought we would chance it. It's years since we last visited and had good value and a nice spot to stay. When we drove up in the afternoon we were shocked at the shabby state of this loverly old inn . It had been a loverly place for lunch on a sunny day and great for kids. The place was closed and dispute saying Free House so was the bar. Another car drew up wanting the same as us. This hotel is turning away potential trade a d returning customers . What's going on?
