Five, yes five courses for €12! A country soup with traditional bread soaked in the soup. Entrees of rillette d'oie, main of confit de canard, a cheese board and a choice of ile flottante. Peasant food, done brilliantly with very friendly service. All the food was cooked just as it should be.
Daughter had snails for the first time which she loved. Other daughter had omelette and chips. Waiter very considerately checked if she wanted it "baveuse" (runny) or well cooked.
We had a fantastic couple of hours out on the terrace for lunch.
