“Kids loved it”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

Fishers farm is basically a great big play park with play barns etc. The animals seemingly a little bit of an added extra. My son age 3 enjoyed the bumpy bug tractor ride and the guy running it was very good with the children. My son really enjoyed the day and the play park areas and picnic areas were all clean and well maintained. Some areas were closed, but to be expected as it's not the summer holidays yet.
I do feel £30+ is a lot of money for 1 adult 1 older child and a toddler. You could probably visit a larger play park and go see animals elsewhere for a fraction of the price.

All in all the kids loved it.

I am pleased you enjoyed your day but it has left me wondering if you took our narrated tractor ride around the animal paddocks or visited the Animal Encounters Barn. We also have a Farm Show everyday on stage for children to meet and interact with the animals. Farm animals are really important to us and remain the backbone of Fishers. In the high season we run tractor rides over the field to visit our sussex cattle, rare breed pigs and Alpacas, stopping to talk about the history of Wisborough Green and our farming community. I am sure you would love it!

Excellent place to entertain kids for day. fab soft play indoors and loads to do outside. Not cheap but well worth a visit as a treat, especially if weathers good, could easierly spend whole day there. Will definately return, in summer hols!

“Good balance of farm and fun”
Reviewed 1 July 2014 via mobile

We visited Fishers Farm today with our eighteen month old son and aunt. Firstly, with regard to cost, it was under £20 for the four of us, which we thought was good value, given that we were there for several hours.

Generally, we had a fab day. There was a very good mix of things to see and things to do. Our son was just as happy seeing the animals as he was in the splash zone.

Great day out and will definately be going back.

“Great day for the little ones”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

On a fairly quiet Monday in June, we visited Fishers Farm - a fun packed venue for all the family.

As a family we had a great day. The four indoor playzones, including a Baby Sensory Room for out nine month old, was visited many times during the course of the day.

Many of the rides serviced by staff were only available at certain times during the day which left disappointed for not being able to enjoy the Ghost Train when we turned up 15 minutes after it's afternoon session commenced. It simply left with empty carriages at 3.45pm when we turned up at the gate.

My son (3) particularly enjoyed the pony rides and the Alpine slide. You can tell when your kids have had a good day out when the cry when it's time to leave!

Really pleased you had a good day, In high season all rides run all day but at other times there just isn’t the demand so our staffed rides operate on a rota system. I can imagine missing the last train was frustrating, it happened to me once trying to get back from Victoria. Unlike British Rail though if you had asked the driver he would have come round and picked you up!!

“DISABLED ACCESS”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

Great place for animals, impressed with cleanliness of their housing.
My friend has a light mobility scooter which we found we could not access all the areas due to the size of the stones on the pathways, which was a shame.
Lovely meal - good value for money
My children, when young, would have loved this farm as there is so much to do for all ages of children.

Thanks for your comments and we’re glad you enjoyed your visit to Fishers. I appreciate your observations regarding your friends access on their mobility scooter. The scooters we offer for free loan on site are quite heavy duty, so this hasn’t flagged up as a problem. We will experiment with different types of vehicles to continue to improve our access for the future.
