This should be your first request if you want any sleep!! We were kept awake both nights by the people in the room above walking around at all times of the night. They are perfectly entitled do do so, we just should have to hear them! Creaky timber floors seem to be the problem acknowledged by the staff the next day, when they suggested you should ask for the top floor. Apart from that, a lovely place to stay and with the central location, close to all that this wonderful area has to offer.

Room Tip: Top floor only !!!!

We stayed in two room apartment during memorial weekend. It's perfectly located near to beach and ski run marina (hub of most water sports). House was clean and kitchen was kept well with pans, cups, plates etc. also the staff was helping and courteous.

Rooms were small and no cross ventilation and not naturally lighted but no a big problem. I would recommend this place.

We actually stayed dec 2012 Xmas, but I never write reviews and I have used other peoples reviews for our other holidays and found it very helpful. So here's ours.
Great price/not too expensive.
Loved the hot outdoor spa especially after a day on the slopes in the snow!
The bedding was really comfortable and rooms where lovely and clean.
The free shuttle (which u can call anytime) was great.
Location was great as it's 5mins down the road from the gondola at heavenly.
It was great value really we thought!

Loved the fact that this had a shuttle going to the slopes in heavenly, was super convenient. The value for money was great. The breakfast was included which is also a plus, and the variety of the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, I would come back to stay here again.

The room that we got was spacious, because it had a mini kitchen and balcony and a fireplace.

My only comment is that the breakfast area gets pretty packed around 9am - 9:30 because breakfast is only until 10pm. The tables are not enough to accommodate everyone. or Go early

went on a birthday trip with three other girlfriends. we were first assigned a room in the tower or the hotel portion and the room was great; plenty of space small kitchen, we just weren't interested in sharing beds, so we asked if there was another configuration and they moved us to a very spacious townhouse.

Customer service was great.

Supermarket, shopping and dining nearby and the shuttle was super easy.

Casinos were nearby and a ton f fun. As usual, table prices are higher on the weekend.

This place lends itself well to all types of travel groups, romantic getaway, friends, family, and I would recommend it.

This place was good, but not quite was I was expecting; the pictures posted on their website did not match where we stayed. I know there will always be a variance, but I believe the pictures posted were of the condo units, not the hotel rooms.

PROS:
*Living room & kitchen were spacious & well-stocked with cooking utensils. (1-bedroom suite)
*Deck, accessible through living room & bedroom, was very large.
*Great location, lots of food & Heavenly Village very close, even walking distance.
*Free shuttle service.
*Private beach with pier.
*Front staff was generally nice.
*Some underground parking.
*Good value for the price. (Cheaper places I've stayed, are definitely cheaper quality.)

CONS:
*Hair in the shower---GROSS!
*Limited breakfast.
*Furniture worn & outdated.
*Tiny & cramped bedroom.
*Tiny, tiny bathroom.
*Limited TV channel selection.
*Light switches didn't work in bedroom.
