This property is truly amazing! For the location, you cannot beat the price! We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was immaculate. We were really impressed with how clean and nice it was.

There was 1 queen bedroom and bathroom downstairs and then upstairs was a loft bedroom (no door, queen bed) and a bathroom, along with 1 twin bedroom. The layout worked well for our family, but the twin bedroom does have a skylight window and another small window on the side that did allow a lot of light in. We covered them with a towel to let our son sleep a little later.

There was a full kitchen that was well stocked. We loved the fact that the property is RIGHT on the lake. It was amazing to wake up to that view every day. The kids loved running on the beach. There are several BBQs for use which were really handy.

This hotel is in walking distance of many restaurants on Lake Tahoe Blvd, which was wonderful. It was nice not to have to worry about driving and parking. We walked to Tep's, which was good, and to The Brewery, which we thought was fantastic--good food and drinks.

The staff was outstanding...they were kind and courteous. The property was well maintained as we saw staff cleaning the BBQ grates, adjusting the sprinklers, and making sure the hot cocoa machine in the lobby was working.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Off the main street, it is quiet and avoids road noise. It would not catch your eye from the outside...it's a bit hard to find, tucked in behind the CVS and Heidi's but wow...once you are there you won't want to leave!

Stayed two nights in a ground floor one bedroom condo. Parking right outside the door.
Fantastic location, set back from the busy main road, overlooking the beach and the lake. The condos are in two storey blocks of eight units adjacent to the main hotel block.
The condo was ideal for two of us with a patio door that led straight out onto the beach and across from the pool and had a small patio outside with two chairs and a table.
The condo was very clean, tidy and comfortable with a full kitchen and utensils.
Flat screen TVs and DVD players were provided in the living room and the bedroom.
The bathroom had a separate vanity unit and bath/shower/toilet, handy when two people are getting ready.
The location is close to shops and restaurants.
The pool area was fine with clean pool and hot tub. Two BBQ pits were located on the beach area along with picnic tables.
Staff were very pleasant and I would have no hesitation staying in one of their condos again.

Room Tip: The condos in the first building (next to the main part of the hotel) are in the shade during the day. The other condo buildings get the sun most of the day.

We stayed in a condo since there were 3 of us. The couple stayed upstairs. Beware of the spiral staircase. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet and no mattress pad. It could have been better with those fixes. Good bathroom. Downstairs was one bedroom and a bathroom. Full kitchen. Big TV. Couch and a chair. The view out the sliding glass door was all beach and lake with mountains behind. Very pretty. The late afternoon sun was very bad. It made the room hot and the bright sun on the glass wall was very bad. We hung towels to block the rays. The outside light shines in the downstairs bedroom. Being near the beach is noisy but the resort has quiet hours from 10 - 7. Front desk staff are great. Free coffee/hot chocolate.

Room Tip: We were in condo #224. Other units may not have the issues with the sheets and curtains. You must walk up to the 2nd floor on outside stairs and then the upper bedroom is up a spiral staircase. Why such a crazy thing? Hard to take up the suitcase and it limits room in the living room. Great lake view.

Decor is rustic (knotty pine furniture, old-time blk&wht Tahoe photos, even the room keys are large & metal; no magnetic strips here. Every room has a lake view. So nice to wake up to the peaceful sounds of the lake & birds.

Pros: clean room, helpful/friendly staff, fluffy towels, basket of fruit, free coffee, hot chocolate, hot water/tea in lobby, plenty of free parking, convenience

Cons: soft/lumpy beds, tiny bathroom (seated on toilet, open door will knock your knees), no sound-proofing (heavy walkers upstairs or loud neighbors)

The facility is showing its age & is worn out around the edges, but the prime location makes up for it. Plenty of restaurants nearby (Heidi's cafe for brkfst & lunch) & Nikki's Chaat cafe (Indian food) is located on the other side of parking lot (as well as a CVS drug store). Safeway grocery & its gas stn is 1 block away. 10 min walk to Tahoe Queen marina; 30 mins (good exercise) walk to stateline & casinos.

Friendly, clean, and lakeside view!
Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
Hot tub and dry sauna a great plus!
Did not take advantage of the in hotel spa facility, but looked and sounds good.

No in hotel restaurant or food, but plenty very nearby.
Great location for stay winter, summer, or any season.

Room Tip: All rooms have lakeside view with balcony and access to private beach.
