“Stunning property in a fabulous location, overall a perfect holiday rental!”
Reviewed 5 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We recently stayed at The Haven in Noss Mayo with our family, which included 8 adults and 1 baby, and I can honestly say we could not fault the property. The house really is fabulous, with everything you could wish for and more provided. The location is absolutely stunning, overlooking the river, with beautiful views but also only 5 mins walk in to the main part of the village. Noss Mayo is a great little place which has a super pub (The Ship) where we ate a few times and also some lovely walks including taking in parts of the coastal path. The house totally lives up to the photographs shown in the details, it was immaculately clean when we arrived and we even had 2 delicious homemade cakes waiting for us as a welcome to the house! There are four double bedrooms in the property and the master bedroom really is special. We felt relaxed and at home here the moment we arrived. I would say that the property is not suitable for young children or toddlers due to the outside areas and the way the garden slopes down to the river, similarly I would say that anybody with mobility problems may struggle with the gardens and the steps that lead down to the front door. Outside of this I would totally recommend the Haven as a special place to have your holiday. We booked the property through Rest Assured Property Management and dealt with a lovely lady called Patsy, she couldn't have been more helpful and the whole booking experience was simple and efficient. We would, without question, book this property again it really does have the WOW factor!

“Beautiful home in a spectacular setting”
Reviewed 25 January 2016 for a stay in December 2015

We cannot rate this property highly enough. Well thought out design, with a superbly equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and magnificent views. 10-12 minutes walk from excellent pubs and restaurant. Great walks along the SW Coastal Path.

“South Devon Perfection”

We stayed here for a week in July 2015. Wonderful location, very nicely decorated house with every amenity, including river access and a mooring.
The decor was literally straight out of a magazine and the house was very well equipped and comfortable. We had two couples, 2 teenagers and one younger child staying.
The agent was super nice and responded very quickly when we had a few problems with the fridge.
All in all an excellent property with good access to all that this wonderful part of Devon has to offer. Highly recommended.

Liked best: Layout of the property and quality of the furnishings and facilities.
Liked least: Parking was a little tight since the property is off a very narrow road, but to be expected in this quaint little hamlet.

This is a beautiful house overlooking the water. Excellent accommodation with everything required for a relaxing holiday. We took a baby and it was fine but not suitable for toddlers. Noss Mayo is lovely and we would without doubt recommend this property for a fantastic holiday.lovely pubs and walks near bye. Hopefully we will be going back.
