We stayed here for one night due to our early (6am!) flight from Bristol. The food was great, best steak I have eaten for ages. Breakfast was seved at 3.30am and taken to airport in time for our flight. I can't recommend this hotel enough, it was great.

Room Tip: All rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. No need to worry about a thing.

I arrived quite late and was met with a big smile and was shown to my room which was fantastic. I was then given some fresh milk for my cup of tea and some home made biscuits ! I will definitely stay here again, its ideal for the airport, only about 5 minutes away

We stayed here when travelling to and from Bristol airport at the start and end of our summer holiday. We are a family of 5 and they gave us a suite, basically, with 2 separate rooms (and a disabled bathroom). The food was good although not brilliant for the kids - although the menu says that they don't have a children's menu and they can cook anything you like, the food that came for them was basically just mini portions of the adult food - peppercorns, spices and all! This happened on both our stays. Nothing to complain about as such but perhaps just to be aware that if you want to cater for children then you need to cater for children, not just cut portions in half. The rooms was good value but the food was quite expensive for what it was. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and very welcoming (hats off to Jenny for finding us a room on our return journey). The airport pick up/drop off service is excellent especially at an airport like Bristol where it is impossible to get a taxi without booking one beforehand.

Room Tip: room 21 if you want a separate room for the kids although the bathroom is a disabled bathroom.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience at Winford Manor. It was a pleasure to have you & your family stay with us.

We hope you liked the suite option for your family, we find it is usually popular as it affords a little privacy for the parents with the safety and convenience of the children being just through the door.

I am sorry you felt we didn't cater for your children’s food requirements as well as you wanted; as we explained when you were here, we are completely open to suggestions and try to accommodate any requests made as long as we have it in the larder so I am a little puzzled that if you didn't order peppercorn sauce with the steak for your children that that is what we served you with – sorry if that was our misunderstanding on this occasion.

I am pleased that overall you enjoyed the fabulous hospitality and amazing staff that we are renowned for!

We look forward to welcoming you back to Winford Manor in the very near future.

The hotel isn't a manor hotel set up more on a premier inn level with smaller rooms

Had lunch there which was very small portions but tasted lovely unusual to have cauliflower cheese with a gravy dinner but was okay

Wouldn't stay there if not going to the airport but has an excellent transfer service

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience at Winford Manor. It was a pleasure to have you stay with us.
We are fortunate in that we have this beautiful 17th Century manor building but that it has the interior of a modern and practical hotel whilst we believe still retaining it's overall character.

I am pleased that you enjoyed your lunch albeit you felt the portion size a little small - not our usual feedback but sorry if on this occasion you felt this to be the case.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Winford Manor in the very near future.
