I went here for a surprise 40th for my sister. Something her husband had organized. Despite everything being last minute, he was well accommodated by the staff.
Great location for the guys who want to play a round of golf with their buddies and even better for the ladies who need no excuse to get pampered at the hot springs which is just around the corner, 5mins drive away.
Will definitely come back here.

When you first arrive the golf courses and grounds are just beautiful. They are maintained to perfection. Then you get to your accommodation....I booked as this resort had everything.... Day spa, foxtel, air con and pool. I tried to book into the spa before we arrived, only to find it had shut down. However the resort was still listed as having one.

On checking in, our air conditioner was broken and had to be fixed. On a 37 degree day this was pretty poor. It broke down twice on our two day stay. Go to get a cool water from the fridge....Mmm nothing, not even a jug to fill for water. The carpet of the room had some straw flowery thing all over it, so it was quite evident that it had not been vacuumed. The foxtel package had been reduced to two channels. Not a good impression.

While the air con was getting fixed I decided to take a swim. Pool was filled with dead bees, flies and dragon flies. The bed was two twins pushed together with a lump down the middle. The reception staff were snarky, however the maintenance guys were great and tried their best to help with the air con. This resort is a long long way from 4 1/2 stars. Will not be coming back and definitely not worth the 225 per night I paid.

Stayed 2 nights for a work conference at this resort. The accommodation is in a beautiful location right next to the golf course. We used the conference room facilities as well as stayed onsite. Service was good and rooms were clean and a good size, overlooking the golf course. Great location and place to stay.

Stayed there for a family wedding and had an awesome time. they need to do some work on service but the facility was great and family friendly. if you like Golf it is a fantastic location. there are two world class courses to play along with it being in the middle of many golf courses located on the Mornington Peninsula. it is also clause to the spectacular Sorrento area which is such a nice place for a day out or evening dining. Would and will definitely return. Hopefully later in the year.

Room Tip: ask for a room looking over the golf course which are more expensive but such a great vista. we spen...

We (young family of 4) enjoyed our stay at Peppers Moonah Links overall. It is in a beautiful location and was easy to find. The golf course looked stunning but I cannot comment on that aspect as we did not play any games during our stay. We stayed in a 1br suite which was comfortable but needs updating. Furniture and fixtures are starting to look dated as is the colour scheme (ochre feature walls anyone?), laminate kitchen bench (it's all about stone now!), old toilet etc to give you an idea. As previous reviewers have reported the balcony and adjoining window/sliding door was very grubby. My daughter came inside with cobwebs in her hair after sitting out there for a few minutes! Internally it was pretty clean although doors and walls could do with a wipe over. The pool needs a serious revamp. It is tiny!! I would compare it to a standard backyard pool. There is potential to make this a great feature of the resort if Peppers or the body corporate have the funds to do so. A kids club or school holiday program would also be a hit if it was provided, given the number of families staying at the resort. Also, would have been nice if the tables were set with napkins and cutlery during the breakfast sitting. It seemed almost camp hall like in that regard.

One could not ask for a better place to stay and play Golf!

The rooms were spacious overlooking the golf course with a sit out balcony.
The bathrooms were spacious too. Nice layout of the property and although the hot breakfast was a bit cold for my liking the atmosphere and the amenities more than make up for it.
And if you are here to play golf, what better than to soak up in a hot spring in the Spa neighboring the resort!

The actual room was spacious enough. The tvs were small. No Foxtel at all. Spiders everywhere and other creepy crawlers. Could do with a renovation. Eg. The bath shower was tap wasn't easy to use and the basin tap fell off. Also the curtains were visibly dirty .... I would stay ere again if I needed to stay somewhere cheap.
