Stopped for a quick bite to eat...Absolutely amazing side salad came with both our dishes and the Spanish lady who served us was lovely! Plus they’re dog friendly which is always good! Nice to sit outside and watch the world go by...Gracias!

We were booked for one night by a company that we booked our walk of the Wye Valley through. When we arrived we greeted very friendly by the hosts. Also email-communication beforehand was efficient and friendly. We had tea and cake in the cafe. Both was very good. Also the breakfast was tasty. The room was right next to a busy road. It was ok at night when traffic got less. While the towels and everything else housekeeping-wise was ok, the room’s furniture should see an upgrade in the near future. Especially springs coming through the mattress were not very delightful. All in all, it was perfectly fine for a night.

We popped in for Breakfast on bank holiday Monday morning.

Really lovely place to stop. Service was great. Breakfast was spot on - all really good quality ingredients. And good value for money as well.

Definitely recommended!

The room is excellent and though we didn't use it , always handy to have an extra bed. It was large and it was good to have a sofa too. Handy for the Hay festival as only just down the road and with very welcoming hosts. Breakfast was fab.

Why not stop here?
We did, for lunch on the way down to Swansea and breakfast on the way back home to North Wales.
The food really is home cooked to a high standard.
Paola looked after us both times and was delightful.
Jonathan produced a spaghetti arrabiata which was better than the one I had in Florence three weeks ago! My wife had a lovely home made Spanish omelette with salad.
On the return journey we both went for the Smoked Salmon on scrambled eggs but with brown bread toast instead of the bagel.Delicious.
We will definitely return! Thank you.
Open 9-30 am till 5 ish but not on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
They also do B and B.
