If you want to know what it feels like to be in Argentina without leaving Israel, this is the place. Authentic Argentinian atmosphere and ambiance second to none. Food is good, but not amazing. I recommend going for the total experience... its really like being transported to some old bar/cafe in Argentina.

great place, beautiful location in the pastoral slops of Mount Carmel, in the artistic Ein-Hod village, with great scenery view to the Mediteranean Sea (beautiful on sunsets on the bar),
the place serve delicious Argentinian cuisine, with unique serving (you have to go and see), very friendly and helping service from lovely staff.
prices might be on the higher side, but it definitely justified.

I rate it poor - not for the food. The food (most of it) is average. But the attitude failed miserably.
We ordered one entrecote and one Boneless Strip loin Steak 'sinta', to share. The entrecote was fine, and we enjoyed it. The sinta was terrible. It was very hard and in room temperature, definitely not off the grill and on to our plates. When we were done eating (side dishes were good enough - fries, mashed potatoes and an uninspiring, ok salad), the waitress came over and asked if we enjoyed it. We said the above. In answer she said: “what a shame (too bad) you didn’t say so before… “ not offering to replace it with anything else. Indeed we felt ashamed…
We had deserts – excellent Flan and an ordinary hot chocolate cake with ice cream and asked for the bill.
At that point the waitress came over with a glass jar of sweet spread (sold at the restaurant) and said: “this is for you”.
We thought that it was a compensation for the terrible sinta dish.
Apparently, it was a compensation for the yet to come disappointment – being fully charged for that dish on our bill.
It is utterly unprofessional and arrogant to charge a client for food that they did not like and did not eat. It seems to me that “Dona Rosa” is not “hungry” any more, but resting well on its long earned reputation, not being eager to please its guests or make sure that they enjoy the experience and come back for more.
Well – their disrespectful, derogatory attitude does not entitle them to host more guests.

Food: Terrible!
Their skewers (netah katzavim) dish arrived charcoled!
The Sirloin Steak arrived half cooked and resembled a hamburger more than a steak.
The Entrecote Steak has been put on the grill before it got defrosted properly, resulting in a soaked meat and burned shell.

Service:
Rude waitress. Blaming you for their cooking fiascos. Impotent manager.

All and all, the worst restaurant experience ever!
