I first ate at the Oporto nearly 20 years ago and have made it a ritual to stop by for my first lunch in town whenever I hit Villany. I have fond memories of many afternoons spent under the grapevines that grow up the rafters of the outdoor patio. Good , honest food , jugs of local wine and a view of village life make this a good place to spend some time.. These days the traffic is heavier than it used to be and the town is growing but it still has not lost its charm. That the Oporto now advertizes an all you can eat buffet should not put you off. Order what they do best: a simple tomato salad( Hungarian tomatoes are mind blowingly sweet) and a hearty portion of their wild game goulash.. Rich and filling it's one of the better ones in town...Shame about the tinny speakers they've hooked up to the rafters but you can always try to get them to turn off the noise the young waitress likes to play..
