We stayed here for 2 nights. We waited a while for the free shuttle from the airport and after watching several other hotel's buses come and go twice we decided to get a taxi instead.

The greeting from reception was welcoming and the room was a good size with all the amenities you would expect at a BW.

After our long flight we decided not to go out for dinner and ate in the hotel restaurant. Really wish we hadn't bothered, the food was bland and service was terrible.

The room rate includes an $8 each credit for breakfast and we used it towards a tasty omelette and steak & eggs. Sadly the service was even worse than in the evening - slow, wrong orders & forgotten requests.

The location of the hotel is good for the Sky Train which we used to get to the waterfront.

Hotel is conveniently located not far from the airport. It has free parking which is rare for the area. Our room was small but clean. The bed had good support and was comfortable. Breakfast is included with the room. Get there early because it gets crowded. The choice is limited, cereal, rubbery scrambled eggs, disgusting sausages and no orange juice.

my wife and I arrive in the resort very late (1:15 A.M) the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was beautiful. It was a junior suite with two balconies and views to the ocean even though it was a bottom suite. the pools were lovely day and night. it was very quiet and easy to sleep. food was excellent with many choices in the buffet. the maître di, Antonio was very friendly and helpful. We would go back in a heart beat!! Thank you to Rimondi Grand! We spent 7 beautiful days and nights in Crete and enjoyed every minute of it.

This is a smaller hotel but cozy and very well maintained. They have changed the continential breakfast to an $8.00 voucher for breakfast so this can work out a little more expensive if your not careful. I eat a very light healthy breakfast so it works out fine for me.

We find that the Best Western chain of hotels is very reliable. We have never had a problem and look for them when we are travelling. The staff is accommodating and the service is excellent. We like the breakfast being included as this is a cost saving.

Unannounced recent changes in the policy of this hotel, which charges top dollar, became a big disappointment. Staying in the hotel earlier in July the early morning breakfast was excellent...lots of choice. A few weeks ago I booked again but due to " a management decision" the so -called included 'breakfast' was quite frankly horrible. It went from a liberal smorg to a sit down served affair (yes the waiter expected a tip) to cold scrambled eggs served on a cold plate, no toast and a tiny piece of sausage 2 inches along... frankly this offering would be an embarrassment to any other establishment

I will no longer stay at the Best Western Abercorn...generally I like Bst Western hotels but this one is off my list/..for YVR layovers best stay elsewhere...what's annoying to me was there was no announcement of the changes.. . .

Room Tip: Best Western's rooms are generally great.. comfy bed and good service ... the airport shuttle is...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and never had any issues. The room was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed with duvets. A restaurant and pub were available for quick munchies and the fitness center had a good variety of equipment. Upon check in, however, the staff lack communication and we waited an hour before we were able to get our rooms.
