Right across the street from Aberdeen Station and Mall on the Canada Line this is a great location, especially for Chinese/Korean/Japanese food and products. I liked the pool and good-sized hot tub but, beware, they are down a flight of stairs. The Gym equipment was accessible, however. Friendly staff, clean room, easy-to use shower control (usually my pet peeve.)

Location directly across from the Aberbeen Skytrain, which goes to Vancouver. Very convenient for public transportation. Free parking is very good for people with cars. Tons of Asian restaurants nearby. Very good central air condition, which is not common in the area. Very good service. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again.

At the time of our check-in AC did not work. We were not informed about this. It was a very warm day in Vancouver and kids struggled a lot in the room. Therefore, we left hotel ASAP and returned very late when it cooled down. Staff recognized the problem but did not offer any compensatory actions. Fan would be nice thing to offer. Sofa bed is not comfortable and clumsy. Overall, it was an average to mediocre experience.

The Radisson was basically basic. Good location for business travel, very clean, friendly staff, and quiet. The mattress was old and a little lumpy, clearly installed before the invention of sleep numbers and memory foam but not enough to prohibit sleep. Overall a decent experience and I would visit again.

The air conditioner was not working the day we checked in, but was working OK later in the day. The queen size sleep number bed were great. Room maintenance was excellent. The location is close to the airport - very convenient with the hotel shuttle, noise from airplanes. The Canada Line train to downtown Vancouver (about 10 miles from the hotel in the south suburb of Richmond) was just across the street. I was a definite minority, as about 90% of the people in the nearby shopping center and restaurants were Asian. Do not take staff recommendation to eat at the Red Star Seafood restaurant in an attached building - the food is poor and expensive.

I stayed at this hotel few years back and liked it. So I booked a suite in it for our recent stay in Vancouver, and I was very disappointed :( The rooms were on top floor and had good view but windows were all dirty and covered in bird poops , beddings for sofa bed were stained. The escalator is still under works, so we had to walk 15-20 stairs but rooms were very small sized. I could see some dirt and a wine cork under our queen sofa bed which even after 3 days of room service, was still there :( THe bedding on king bed was good, but pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had stained beddings, wonder if room cleaning ever cleans that bed

A part of Chinese shopping center, very exotic atomosphere which was interesting. A room was very clean and quiet. Jacuzzi bath is furnished and relaxing. Our flight arrived at midnight but the shuttle pick up came to us and the driver checked our name. It was also very good.
