“Never Ever Again here”

I am working in and out of Richmond area and thought this might be a good choice. How wrong can you be!!! Just like other reviews the hotel is old, carpet has bumps in it through out, rooms are small which is not bad but beds are really really old and nothing has been updated.

They seem to be unable to get an e-mail with your bill too and so you must hope that your small printed sheet from the machine is good. I cannot believe this one.

I stayed at the Four Points before and should have again it was only $10 a night more and WAY BETTER!!!

This place is really crappy, service, clean, all of it not worth it!

Room Tip: Don't Stay here that is the best advice!

Used points and now realize I wasted my points. First off the shuttle was not running so we took a cab which the hotel paid for. After flying for 11-1/2 hours we were exhausted and just wanted quiet and a comfy bed to sleep. These are NOT comfy beds. They are OLD & small, the tv is OLD & BIG, the sheets are paper thin. Not sure where the other reviewers stayed but obviously not in a double room on the 4th floor. The only positive thing is the bathroom which was huge but not spotless clean. The breakfast was sufficient but sorry, would not stay here again. There are better airport hotels out there.

I had to stay in the area for a medical appointment and when I looked online the price was far below that of the competitors. I accidentally booked a single room and even though it said it was a non negotiable rate they worked with me and gave me a double for very little more. Check in was easy and the girl at the desk was super cute and bubbly. Room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast downstairs was good for a continental though they really should let you bring some food back to the room. Two issues though.... bed was super hard and I was woken at 6am by housekeeping already cleaning the room next door, vacuuming and everything. If they upgraded the beds I might stay again.

On our recent trip through Vancouver Airport, we stayed 3 nights at this location. Front desk staff were excellent ! Our check in was quick and efficient - as was our departure. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Bedding was plentiful. The bathroom was spotless ! Parking is by an underground secured lot with elevator directly to the lobby or desired floor.
The Television volume in the room is a bit low for those with some hearing loss - apparently due to local bylaws (?).
An unexpected plus was the public park area directly behind the hotel. This is a wonderful plus where it is safe to walk and enjoy nature !
A continental style breakfast is available off the main lobby. Staff are on hand and are quick to restock items as required. A great addition was the bowl of fresh fruit cut up like a fruit cocktail - wonderful flavour.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing south so as to avoid any traffic noise from Westminster Highway.

We decided to go to Vancouver for a couple of days to pick up some things that we can't get on the Island and for a change of scenery.
Even though we took our car over to get to some of the more out of the way places we needed to go we wanted a hotel that was close to a Skytrain station so that we could get downtown for dinner.
We picked the Quality Hotel and were super happy with our choice.

We paid $84 plus taxes for a non-smoking room with King size bed and a view of the park. The room was spotless, quiet and had everything we needed. The price also included Wifi, which worked well, local calls and secure parking.
You also get a buffet style buffet breakfast which offered such things as muffins, cereals, fruit salad, hard boiled eggs, bread or waffles that you could toast or waffle batter you could cook yourself on a waffle iron, orange or apple juice, tea and coffee.
The location is great with a number of pubs and restaurants close by, Brighouse station for the Skytrain is 3 blocks away as is Richmond Centre mall.
The staff were courteous and helpful and the building is well maintained and clean.

When we travel we usually fly out of Vancouver and due to the ferry schedule to the Island quite often have to overnight there before or after a flight. In the past we've stayed at the Accent Inn a number of times, I think from now on we'll be staying at the Quality Hotel!

I stayed for the first time and i am very happy. The rooms are clean, underground secured parking (though it is very tight for my truck) OK breakfast and feel happy for the price I got that room. They can add yogurt and some bages too to make it a big breakfast. All the staff are quite friendly. Richmond mall, skytrain station are within two blocks.It is very convenient for first time travellers. Next door Madgreek is handy for dinner time.

I have booked for multiple nights and ended up staying only for one night. Asked to checked out early, the front desk asked me to stay until the manager shows up. I waited for almost 1/2 hour to see him and the attitude and the way to treat guests, worst ever. What a day to start the long flight. DO NOT STAY. Go to other hotels. Breakfast is a joke and the beds are hard!
