Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Breakfast was delicious. Try the crab cake Benny. The hollandaise sauce is one of the best we have ever had. Also the mango mojotos were delicious !! Room we had was tiny but very clean.

I booked this hotel using reviews from tripadviser. We enjoyed the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which was a nice surprise. We had a room with sea view and it was wonderful. During the day there was a little noice from the harbor but that seemed to be earsed when I woke up with the sounds of the seabirds and the beauty of the ocean. The only thing was that you need to carry out furniture from the room to sit on your deck. We used and enjoyed the exercise room. There are also classes that you can book into in advance. The indoor pool and hot tub are very nice We didn't eat at the hotel but I was told by locals that the food is great. We ate locally and had some wonderful meals. The front desk gave us good advice on restaurants we could walk to. Yes you pay for parking at this hotel but $11 a day is not too bad. You can stay at this hotel and be in downtown Vancouver enjoying the city in 30 minutes by car, bus or seabus. There are many restaurants in the area and great public transportation. I will be back.

Room Tip: book a seaview room it is worth the extra fee.

Although this lovely new hotel has a great location I would not stay here again. After making my booking 3 days in advance, for 3 nights, i arrived at 2:00am to find my reservstion had been cancelled. No apologies. Just excuses. However, Although the hotel was full, after a lengthy wait I did manage to procure my original room. But at a higher price than I was quoted when I reserved it Further I was told that I MAY be able to stay the 3 nights, "might", but id have to switch rooms each night. When i questioned any of these problems, instead of apologizing, or even giving me the previosly agreed upon rate of 9$ less, (if only for my inconvenience) both clerks chose to argue. over $9!! "ain't nobody got time fo this :)" $9!!!! I chose to check out in the morning. ...also the underground parking is a joke. The key to open the gate is on the passenger side. And is NOT sensor activated. One must get out of ones car, use key to open gate, and RUN back to drivers seat or the door is already closing again ...oh, The address cannot be found yet on gps.

This is our second time at the Pinnacle. We love this hotel for many reasons, one of which is the comfortable bed and amazing pillows (we're actually considering buying some of those pillows for our bed at home).

We stayed in a studio (mountain view), which has an awesome bathroom, just roomy and clean and modern.

We got the B&B rate, which we think is an amazing deal, and ate at The Lobby each morning - the breakfasts are amazing!

We just love the location, being just a walk to the Lonsdale Quay and the sea bus. It was also awesome that there is a market right beside the hotel on Friday nights, which was neat to tour around and get some local goods!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The staff was very friendly at check in. The room was spotless and very serene. The bed was very comfortable, and the microwave and small refrigerator in the room were a great convenience. Our favorite part of our stay was the 25 m lap pool and the hot tub. We did a lot of hiking in North Vancouver (wonderful scenery, and the Pinnacle is close to all of the sights we wanted to see), and it felt very luxurious to come back and soak in the hot tub and then do some leisurely laps in the pool to soothe our aching muscles. There is also a deck facing the water on the pool floor, and the lights of Vancouver are beautiful at night.

This hotel is very close to many shops and restaurants. We did have a car, so we could get to the surrounding parks, such as Mt. Seymour Provincial Park, but afterwards we would park in the hotel parking ($11 CAD/day) and walk somewhere nearby for dinner. We enjoyed the convenience and flexibility of be in such a great location. We were located on the street side, but we were on a high floor (7th), so we did not have much noise at all from the traffic.

We loved every aspect of our stay at this hotel, and it has definitely raised the bar for our expectations in our future travels. If we are ever in Vancouver again, we will definitely stay here without any hesitation.

Room Tip: If you have a room on the street side (away from the water) rooms on higher floors have less noise f...

thats what i want to write so less people book this hotel and it keeps a low vacancy rate enabling my family and i to book it whenever we want, however this is far from the case. my wife and i booked a deluxe suite with king bed and harbour view for our anniversary night out. i have grown up in north van so needless to say i am familar with the views available from the north shore, but i was BLOWN away by our 6th floor sweeping views from stanley park in the west - the downtown core center and views out to burnaby and beyond in the east. the suite featured a fanstically comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and selection of optional pay per use food items and beverages. it is centrally located with TONS of great restaurants within a 100 yards, seabus access to downtown nightlife also 100 yards away. located close to a transit station that provides access all over. hotel amenities are great with a pool, hottub and gym all onsite...two huge thumbs up for this hotel!!
