I never received a newspaper the 2 nights I stayed. I had to wait from 2:00 PM til 3:40 for my room to be made up so I went to the coffee shop to wait and was charged $4.15 for my coffee. When I mentioned this to the desk at my departure I was told "You're lucky you didn't order room service - it would have been $15.00". I decided then I wouldn't stay there again unless my company had another function.
Also the food in the restaurant was poorly prepared - my poached eggs tasted strongly of vinegar and the potatoes were too salty to eat.
