During our holiday to Vancouver we stayed at the Pinnacle for 2 nights and WOW! We had a harbour view room which was out of this world. It was a little pricey but kind of what you would expect for such a beautiful view! The room was immaculate and spacious and the bed was huge : ) Very nicely decorated and awesome balcony over looking Van but very noisy workmen right outside. The swimming pool and spa was lovely but when we went to use the pool it was full of kids having a swimming lesson!!! This was a pretty annoying as there was only 1 lane we could use - not exactly what we had in mind!! We were also disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price as we paid nearly $600 for 2 nights! (in england this would be complimentary) and also in the room was a bottle of water and some snacks with a menu card stating that the bottle of water was $5 and that the snacks were between $5-6 each! Considering the price we thought this should have been free but apart from that we loved everything else. Great service and nice staff.
