Recommended length of visit: 2-3 hours
Owner description: Only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver, allow 2 - 3 hours for your visit to Vancouver's iconic Capilano Suspension Bridge, hanging 450 feet (137m) across and 230 feet (70m) above Capilano River. The park offers more than just the bridge. Its surrounding 27 acres celebrate nature, history and culture in unique and thrilling ways. No more so than with the newest attraction, CLIFFWALK. Cliffwalk hangs for 213m (700ft) and reaches 91m (300ft) high, hugging the granite cliffside and offering a panoramic view of the thriving rainforest and canyon far below. On Treetops Adventure venture from one magnificent old growth Douglas-fir to another on a series of seven elevated suspension bridges, reaching as high as 110 feet (33m), for a squirrel's eye view of the forest. Guides, signage and interactive exhibits throughout the park help you in your understanding of rainforest ecosystems and their sustainability.

I was so afraid to get on the suspension bridge but I braved it and I am so proud! It was such a nice day to explore the park and we spent a few hours in here. Great for the soul, great for social media!

Whilst there is a lot you can do in the park, the key attraction for the tourists is the Suspension Bridge, and for this C$43 for Seniors is a ridiculous price for the entrance - why not provide two tier price one mainly for the suspension bridge and the scenery and another for the whole park - this is priced either to deter tourists who do not have a lot of time to spend there or to rip them off.
It was a real disappointment as it was very easy to get there using the Day Pass facility on the Compass Card, using Sky Train, Seabus and Bus...........the Tourists, having got there almost feel obliged to pay entrance!!

We caught the free shuttle from city centre and had THE best bus driver, Bonnie, who pointed out interesting local facts and places on the trip. The CSB park itself is fabulous but get there early as when we exited the bridge the queues had a 15-20 min wait. The treetop loops are great and the skywalk was awesome. We then exited, crossed the road and caught local bus to Grouse Mt.

Wow what a great place, go early in morning if you want to beat the crowds, the view from the suspension bridge is amazing it take about 1to 2hrs to do the parks with adults. It is a very cool way to see nature up close the tree top walk and cliff walk were really cool, two thumbs up, see this place if you are in Vancouver

The Capilano Suspension bridge can’t be missed on your visit to Vancouver. The scenery is very nice, but also very touristy. Don’t forget to do the treetop walk and the cliffwalk. All included in the entrance. I had a really nice experience, although the entrance was quite expensive.
