I read all the reviews on here after we booked this hotel. Thought that it was gonna be horrible but way better than what most people say on here. We are not particular with hotels it was clean. the front desk people were more than welcoming and very nice and anything we asked for got it to is as soon as possible.
Location was great can get anywhere within 10 to 15 by car

This place is not bad at all. it's located 10 mins or less from downtown Vancouver. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it wasn't like a bedroom suite because it's only a divider separating the bed and the living room but its a decent place to stay, the staff is awesome, they have a nice pool in the middle of the inn. the breakfast were just muffins toasted bread and bagels and muffins fruits and eggs

If you are only staying for a night, this place will pass, but it is a bit disappointing overall. The rooms are not the cleanest they could be, it is dated and worn and the beds are getting soft. Shower curtain barely long enough to fit inside tub and breakfast was out of a lot of food when we got there. The price is ok, but don't expect much.

This hotel is a low end hotel and you should understand that when going there. It is dated, our air conditioner didn't work and the carpets were very dirty. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would have to say that i got exactly what I paid for considering many hotels in the area are much more expensive.

Room Tip: 2nd floor! The lower rooms are the same but you loudly hear every step the people in the room above...

We spent one night at this Motel..
The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.
We are in our 50's and not picky people.
It's not fancy, however I feel it was good value for our Money.
Our room was clean and beds were comfortable.Lots of room to move around.
The outdoor heated pool is awesome, great bonus!

Room Tip: I always bring earplugs ,but my daughter said she could hear the next door T.V. bring ear plugs:) i...

This is by far the worst room I've ever stayed in! I was not expecting much for it being so cheap and only 3 star. However I do expect that when they advertise air conditioning that it will work. I also expect to be able to control the water temperature in the shower, not have the water turn scalding hot when people in the next room flush their toilet.
When I got back to my room and found the temperature even hotter I went to the office to see if they could either fix it or give us another room. The guy at the desk came up to the room, played around with the air conditioner and then then stated that it wasn't warm in our room(even though he was sweating!).
So yes you get what you pay for... However in addition to the scalding shower and the intense heat in the room it is also FILTHY!, There are no screens on the windows and therefore not really able to open the windows to air the place out, the carpet is filthy, and the staff are rude and uninterested.
And to make it better the wifi wouldn't work so I ended up using my phone to find an alternate hotel.

Room Tip: Tip: Book anywhere but here!!! Honestly sleeping on East Hastings would be cleaner.
