We recently stayed at the Nav Center for a friend’s wedding and really enjoy the facility!

Our room was in Red on the fourth floor. The room itself was a little small, but it was great value for the price.

The bride & groom held their rehearsal dinner in the Bernier Suite – amazing! This suite is huge & nicely decorated (it has recently been updated)! There were two bathrooms, a living room area, a kitchen area, dinning room area, a larger bedroom with both Queen bed and a King bed, a screened outdoor sitting area, and patio area with two BBQs (one of which we were allowed to use) & an outdoor bar area.

I was part of the bridal party, and we got our hair and make-up done at the Spa. Not only was it so nice that it was on-site, the hair dresser and aesthetician did a wonderful job! I also thought the cost was reasonable.

The food for the reception, brunch (at Propeller), and at The Cafe was great. The landscaping on the property was beautiful & meticulously cared for. The inner courtyard was especially stunning with the fall plantings & the water features. From parts of the property you can see right out onto the river – a lovely view with the fall leaves changing.

Overall, if I had to stay in Cornwall again I would choose the Nav Center.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Checking in the hotel staff were not very friendly. It seemed we were wasting there time by asking simple questions. It was very difficult to find our room and we had to make 2 trips because there was no luggage carrier for our bags. The room was small but clean. I was told when booking there was WiFi service but it did not work. We went to the pub for dinner, a big mistake. It took 30 mins to get a drink and 1:15 mins for our food to get to the table. Even then half the orders were cold. We had planed to stay 2 nights but left after the first. We would not stay there again. Over priced at $160.00 a night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable but expensive for the double room. We are always travelling with our son so need 2 beds. the cost for this was $ 160.00 with no breakfast included. You can borrow a cord downstairs to plug into the internet but it is too short to reach the bed. If you want to lounge in bed and check your emails or watch a movie on your laptop then I suggest you bring a cord with you that is longer then the 4-5' cord they provide.
We had dinner in the pub. We waited 1 hour for their food, when it finally arrived it was cold. Wings were half frozen and pretty pathetic for $9.00. The manager tried to evict us when the music started because I guess kids are not allowed after a certain time. We told him that we are still waiting on food so won't be leaving.
Front desk told us the pool would be open until 9. We rushed to the pool after dinner so the kids could have a swim. The pool closed at 8:45. Kids were super upset that they only got 15 minutes of swim time. We had to leave early the nxt morning for a hockey tmt so they never really got to enjoy the pool.
I would not recommend this hotel for families travelling with children. Might be a good venue if you are on a conference in the hotel and meals are included.

My room was a junior one. There was a lot of space. Nevertheless, almost no Wifi, old carpet, old bathroom, no way to switch the very noisy air conditioning off nor to open the window.
I do not recomand this hotel.

As part of an fraternal group my wife and I spent 3 nights at the Nav in Cornwall. We were very surprised at the size of the room which was not much bigger than an average cruise ship cabin. The room was neat and clean with a nice view of the river, but quite over priced for what was provided. The facility was huge with approx. 600 guest rooms which was difficult to navigate at first. Overall satisfactory.

We stayed for a family wedding and it was a great place to stay. My sister and I stayed in a junior suite and we had our own bathrooms and double beds. we also had a tv, desk and mini fridge. we couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine though.... everything was clean, staff were friendly and was in a great location by the lake. overall a great stay

Although maze-like initially, once you become familiar with the lay out no problem. Nice clean rooms & restaurant facilities. Friendly, courteous staff throughout. Gorgeous Olympic size swimming pool and workout area. Location ideal for waterfront walks or cycling along the St Lawrence River. This is our second stay here and hopefully we'll have many more. Thank you NavCan.
