Had only one evening at the B&B.
we were accommodated without a reservation, from a B&B referral in Kelowna.
The home was obviously built in the immediate past with the intention to accommodate guests..
Room was spacious, pristine, separate entrance, and quiet.
Great views of the lake and countryside.
Breakfast superb with home made jams and jellies, and great conversation with owners and info for travel. Only wish all our accommodations' approached this level on the bell curve.

We stayed two nights at Buc's, and really enjoyed the time spent there, They are located right in the heart of wine country, so it was very handy to go and visit the many wineries in the area. The hosts Andy & Fran were very hospitable, and we actually sat with them on the deck, had a drink, and enjoyed the views of the area. The room was very clean and comfortable, with almost anything you can think of at your disposal. The cookies upon arrival in the room were a nice touch, and the breakfast's were delicious. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Highly recommended.

Buc's Bed and Brew is unique and unexpected. Separate entrance, outside sitting area and fresh cookies waiting. This B & B is definitely a home away from home. I will be booking our next visit to Osoyoos at Buc's B & B. Friendly, comfortable, cool and extra clean. Thank you to both of them for making our trip a great memory. We'll be back.

Nestled among other lovely homes overlooking Osoyoos and spectacular views of the lake and valley, Fran and Andy welcomed us just like old friends. There are two large bedrooms, both with king-size beds and separate bathrooms, and a common room with comfy couches and a small kitchenette (no stove) - perfect for two couples travelling together. The pool was a nice spot to unwind after an excellent Okanagan wine tasting adventure. The breakfasts served on the patio deck were delicious. The first day, we had apple-stuffed French toast; the second day, eggs benedict; both served with an ample helping of freshly picked nectarines to start. With the warmest of hospitality, the hosts were gracious ambassadors for the community and its amenities.

This was our 4th time at this B&B. Comfortable , private, modern rooms, amazing breakfasts with terrific view of the lake. Lots of golf, wineries and beach time, not to mention the use of the big pool to relax and unwind. We don't usually stay at B&B's but keep coming back to this one.

The breakfasts were amazing. Great food, and Fran was even able to provide gluten-free options for us. The host were welcoming and the other guest were kind and friendly. I enjoyed my early morning chats with Peter while drinking coffee on the deck. It was a lovely B&B that I would recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay with Fran & Andy in Osoyoos last weekend. It was the best B&B experience we have had in our travels. The room was clean & comfortable--NOT overdone and overstuffed with kitch and ceramic roosters--really appreciated this because our past experience with other B&B decor has been very "grandma's attic". Andy & Fran were warm and welcoming and they made three amazing breakfasts for us. Their place is a short 5 minute drive from the heart of Osoyoos & the view is INCREDIBLE. You eat breakfast on the porch and look over the lake, mountains, and town. We loved staying there--the fact that we could be close to everything we wanted to see and then come back to Fran & Andy's quiet neighbourhood to unwind was great. They also have a pool which we did not have time to use, so I guess we'll need to come back! ;) Will definitely be staying with them again for any return visits to Osoyoos. Amazing value.
