The creek is an integral part of the eco system which provides the fish from the lake, grapes from the vineyards and produce from the local farms. At Mica Restaurant we strive to offer the best of this local bounty in all that we do by featuring local food, wine and producers. This bounty is delivered through a style of service that is both efficient and polished while at the same time being friendly and welcoming.

Our waitress was a little cold but the gorgeous view over the lake made up for it! Ordered the steak frites and enjoyed the hot sunshine! The Pinot Blanc they make is delicious.

Good wine, good food and a panoramic view over Osoyoos. Staff were friendly and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to make a return visit.

We went here last year when staying at the lodge and so wanted to go again this year with friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. Beautiful setting to be sure.
Upon arrival, we noticed kitchen staff banging loudly on the door to the kitchen as they appeared to be "Locked out".
Welcoming staff seemed friendly and engaging but after that, this experience was a comedy of errors and the only thing saving it was our wonderful group of friends who, thank goodness, can have a good laugh at anything!!!!
We waited forever to get the drinks we ordered and then two of us were served their appetizer, and after a couple of minutes of waiting (thinking ours was on its way,) ate and completed their appetizers ten minutes before ours arrived. Main course was delivered with missing cutlery, and ingredients which needed to be returned for correction. One of our meals came super burnt and it was taken back. It arrived after the rest of us have well and truly completed our meals. When the replacement did arrive, it was dry and tasteless.
The wait staff was a sweety but not at all trained in customer service. Dessert was "on the house" as their way of apologizing. We needed to remind her of the accompaniments that went with some of those and the spice cake is sprinkled with truly rancid walnuts!!!!
Please improve EVERY area apart from the setting. Dinner with friends should not be focused around concerns with the restaurant and its service.

The view was incredible, the service was fantastic but the food was awful! We ordered the cheese board and was shocked to be served 3 small pieces of cheese with grocery store crackers and yes some fruit, so overpriced!! Then my husbands steak was cooked well done, he ordered med rare. My mom and I ordered the Pho which was completely bland, meat was tough and the 2 prawns in the dish had roe attached to it!!! The food is completely over priced and bland. Tourist trap.

I was excited to eat here, we made our reservation months in advance to make sure we got in.

We arrived, the ambience was OK, not anything special, I expected more of a desert, native theme. Our Server started out great and got worse as the night wore on. We were not demanding, we didn't send food back to the kitchen or request anything out of the ordinary. She seemed to be put out that we took our time with our meal. My girlfriends and I were enjoying a relaxing meal without our children!

I ordered a seafood special, it was alright but nothing particularly interesting.
