We enjoyed a late afternoon on the restaurant patio, with a view of that amazing lake, valley and sagelands just the day before big rains hit the area. This winery and resort, tribally owned, is impressive. Prices are really high and someone needs to share this: when guests are eating and drinking, it is NOT the time to use strong solvents to wipe nearby tables!! Definitely alters or obliterates the flavors, a shame when they cost so much!!
Kudos to the wine tasting hostess nearby, btw--she is awesome!
