Description: Oted most Romantic Restaurant in the Rockies, we are tucked off Main Street Canmore in a charming character house. Tapas offers the lively fusion of Spanish and Old World flavours created by our kitchen team. We have designed a menu of specialty dishes that are prepared to order from the freshest ingredients available. All stocks, sauces and desserts are made by our Chef Dan Purvis in house. Our menu offers gluten free and vegetarian options. Share several plates amongst friends in the intimate dining room with Spanish style murals and high back leather chairs. We also have an eclectic attic with slanted ceilings and low windows which is great for small parties. Don't forget to visit us in the summer where you can enjoy tapas on our Mediterranean- style deck with lovely al fresco ambiance. And most importantly, be sure to try our house made Sangria (white or red) or choose a lovely Spanish Cava or wine from our Wine Menu. Want to bring your own wine, we offer a $25 corkage fee as well.

Lovely casual quaint establishment, seemed like an early to mid 1900’s house redone. Really good wines by the glass accommodating a fabulous menu. Alex the gentleman behind the small intermit bar knew his wines, had no problem’s making sure I was paired right for the food choice. I am from New Zealand so rearly will ever order lamb off a menu as I do such a fabulous job cooking it. Took the jump and Oh my gosh their Lamb stew was incredible. If you hold back from trying lamb, many do this is the place to try it. Flavours beyond words, like a good french beef stew with lamb. Tuna tartar also a winner, as was their chocolate dessert. 5 star all the way. Loads of flavour, really good wines, and a great setting.

We called at the last minute and they accommodated our large group very nicely. Service was excellent. Food was good, but very pricey for what you get. Wine seemed a bit overpriced as well. We had a large selection of tapas - all good.

The variety on the menu was great, a lot of vegetarian options. The best part is all their items are meant for sharing so you can taste a lot of different things. The wine and cocktail list were pretty extensive and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere is intimate and romantic.

My boyfriend and I just ate here for the first time and were blown away in every way. The food was fantastic! We had the adobe seared tuna, patatas bravas, chili gambas, champignoles al Ajillo, phyllo parcels, mussels cabrales, and peanut butter mousse. Every single dish was excellent. The dishes that were supposed to hot, came out piping hot. The dishes that were supposed to be cold were beautifully prepared. The peanut butter mousse was decadent, rich, and incredible. In addition to the food, we had so fabulous drinks. A lavender/lime cocktail, Spanish alhambra beer, and a glass of tempranillo were all fantastic complements to the food. On top of all that, the service we received was impeccable. Brittny was an excellent server and we were greeted with wonderful cordiality by the maitre'd, Shea. Absolutely wonderful experience. If anyone has rated this restaurant poorly, they don't know what they're talking about!

My husband is not a tapas fan but he was willing to give it a try while in Canmore. Fortunately we'd made a reservation as it was full. We loved the beef carpaccio and the lemon cheesecake dessert. My husband would've been happy with a big bowl of the delicious lamb stew but as I said he doesn't "get" tapas. Service was excellent and the outside seating was pleasant.
