Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Huge ensuite bathroom and great second bathroom. Good size kitchen with all the amenities. BBQ on balcony is a nice touch. Great friendly service by all staff we encountered. Pool and hot tub area was lovely.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it.
The apartment is very modern and clean and has everything for an enjoyable stay. The bed is very comfortable - combined with the peaceful location a great night's sleep was easy. A modern kitchen and the gas BBQ on the balcony made eating in a pleasure - eating out every night of a 2 week holiday can become a chore after a long day, and it's expensive in Canada so this was a bonus. The bathroom was also very impressive and roomy with a large walk in shower and full size bath. Ample free underground parking, good wi-fi and tv etc. were all an added plus, as were the pool and hot tub.
We were apprehensive when we booked as we weren't sure how easy access to Banff NP would be but were really pleased with our choice. Canmore is a very pleasant small town with all the required amenities - restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. and as long as you have a car Banff is easy to access and only 20 mins away. For stays more than a night or two, the savings in accommodation etc. are considerable, and Canmore has a less commercial/touristy feel than Banff itself.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Standard suite offers everything. Not sure if mountain view would be worth it - the pool view room w...

Stayed in September 2011 for 4 nights. Outstanding suite for a great price. Very clean, comfortable and functional.

Full kitchen and breakfast bar plus dining area in the suite along with a living room, flat screen tv and fireplace. The bedroom was a king sized bed with en suite bathroom that included a large tub and separate oversized shower.

The suite had a deck and gas BBQ.

Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were great. Free underground parking for guests also a great feature.

The resort is a few minutes drive from downtown Canmore's restaurants, grocery stores and shops and about 20 mins from the town of Banff.

We loved it and will return for sure.

Had a one-night stopover in Canmore on our way back to Calgary from Jasper, and were extremely satisfied with this property. Banff and Jasper are quite pricey, so the rates here seemed like an even bigger bargain! Almost more space and features than we needed, but that's not a complaint. The set-up is really for a multi-night stay by a family looking to "settle in" and use the beautiful full kitchen, the gas grill on the balcony, the space for family games and meals, etc. The master bed was very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a nice bonus. Pretty fireplace, underground garage, nice pool and spa in the center courtyard area. all great. The only negatives: my son reported that the pull-out sofabed was quite uncomfortable (and he's slept on plenty). The lack of a "free breakfast" (not expected in this set-up) or immediate access to groceries is a minor quibble. We saw a couple of multi-generational groups settling in to use the resort as the base for what may have been a family reunion or similar gathering--great idea! I would highly recommend this resort, including as a base for exporing nearby Banff, especially for larger families looking to save some money over what similar lodgings would cost in the park.

We stayed here for a few nights this past summer for a getaway and enjoyed it thoroughly. We had a 1-bedroom suite with a den. That gave us & 1 of our kids a room (with a pull out), and the other child slept in the LR on his own pull out. The full size (apartment) kitchen & LR with separate eating area made it very comfy. The beds were also very comfortable.

There was a BBQ on the deck with some chairs to enjoy the evening stars. The pool area was clean & comfy. Underground parking was a treat.

The only down side is no on site restaurant, but there isn't a shortage of those in Canmore.

We'd stay here again!

Stayed here twice in one week, once for the Sept long weekend and also overnight for a business conference. Both stays (and others since my original review, here: http://snipurl.com/vuemi) reaffirm my belief that this is a fantastic value in the Canmore and Banff area.

Pro's:
Family Friendly
Great pool and hottub
Well appointed apartment style rooms
Good service
Free Parking
Nice central patio to gather with friends and have a drink (BYOB)
BBQs and fully stocked kitchen

Con's:
Time to clean the edges of the pool
Wireless internet connection is pretty spotty, but when you do get it, it's free!!
Rooms facing the road (mountain views) can be pretty noisy 8AM onwards, due to traffic

Overall, an excellent property - highly recommended.

Tip 1: 2 great, high quality (and cost) restaurants: Crazy Weed and Trough. Honourable mention to the always excellent Murrieta's.

Tip 2: Bring your bike in the summer. Lots of easy and hard trails, including a 50km loop with Banff.

Went for a one night girls getaway. Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room. Rooms are very spacious, very new and comfortable. Inner courtyard and pool area is very nice. We definitely will be back for another getaway, hopefully for a few days in the future. Beds are amazingly comfortable.
