My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. Price ($119.00 standard room) was very reasonable for July and it included a great hot breakfast.
The room we stayed is was very average and it did not have any air conditioning which made it a little stuffy inside at night. The ceiling fan did help.
Staff was very helpful especially when we were booking the room. A girl named Alex went beyond our expectations when we were looking for a hotel that day.She spent quite a bit of time trying to fit us in to stay the 2 nights. She had to juggle some things around so we could keep the same room.
There are suites at this hotel as well with efficiencies and balconies. They looked very nice.

We had the standard room. It was a very long walk from the front desk to our room with a small climb of about 8 steps. It was very small with one double bed. There was no desk or chair. There was no mirror in the bedroom. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. But the people were very nice and the breakfast was fine with a lot of hot food including scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, 3 kinds of cereal, and bagels. No problem with free street parking. Very good Wi-Fi. Given the high prices of all the hotels in the area, this was a good value and definitely recommended.

Customer service was great, but the rooms are hot. At least my room had a floor fan. The rooms for singles are really small. I walk in the room and I am already 8 feet from the bed. On the plus side, the bed had a memory foam topper and it was quite comfortable. A nice clean stay for one night while visiting Banff and Calgary. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes. I can see why some people complained about the noise. My room was on the back side though so I did not hear much chatter, noises.

We have stayed here a few times and always liked it. Great beds, nice view, good breakfast. It is very clean and well kept. This time the weather is HOT and so are the rooms and our two bedroom suite is facing south. There are fans, which help, but it is still plenty warm. It feels like the halls are air conditioned, but not the rooms. How odd.

I still like it here and it does cool bit at night, but I might look around a bit more
in a July and August

Room Tip: Ask for north facing ones during hot months.

We stayed for one night as we were flying out of Calgary the next morning. Couldn't stay any longer than that. Great price for what we got, but room was super, super small. The wi-fi is unreliable, but free.

Our stay here was pleasant on a recent visit to Canmore. We stayed for one night. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, albeit very small. The breakfast the next morning was a bit disorganized (they ran out of plates, food etc) but once everything was restocked and we got breakfast the food was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Canmore.
