Great place to stay!! This time we had a broken window latch that we could not open the window to get that beautiful fresh Canmore Air! There were no other rooms available to change rooms. The window was going to have to be removed completely to be fixed. We stayed in the same room last year with no problems.

This Inn is a very pleasant place to stay.

We had a good room looking toward the mountains. We have always found the facilities clean and well maintained. Also to avoid noise I always request a quiet room away from the elevator and away from any visiting sports teams.

We have stayed here several times. The price is fair and competitive with similar properties in Banff. Canmore is located just three minutes from the Banff National Park gates and a short 20km drive to the Banff townsite. If you cannot find a place in Banff this is an excellent place to stay.

The added facilities such as the such as the slide pool give the children something to do when you cannot be outside. Our grandchildren enjoyed this on a previous trip. The inn has other health facilities available as well.

The complimentary breakfast was the standard Best Western offering. Would like to see something different sometimes.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the Mountains away from the elevators and any visiting sports teams.

We spent four nights at that hotel while we traveled in Bannf National Park and Yoho National Park. It's great location in the southern entrance. The hotel was great, but we stayed in room 110, which is 5 meters from the lobby. It was very!!! noise. Moreover, the Internet was awful.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room. 2 queen beds, nice bathroom, fireplace and balcony looking at God's creation. Everything was clean, the pool was wonderful and the kids loved it. Didn't realize there was a breakfast, was there? Anyways, we weren't told about it. The only other negative was the scary elevator. It just bounced a bit. Price was reasonable. Thanks for the great stay.

This hotel served as a perfect base for our trip to the Canadian Rockies. We had easy access to all the National Parks for hiking and exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a tremendous savings over the Banff and Lake Louise areas. The fitness center is lacking, but we took care of our exercise by hiking and enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery around us. We will consider going in July or August next time as we were there during the rainy season (early to mid June). We even had to trudge through significant snow on some of our higher elevation hikes, that would melt away in a few weeks. I would gladly stay here again!

Room Tip: For those seeking a quiet hotel, the 4th floor does not allow children and it is nice and quiet.

We had selected a room with a balcony, it also had a fireplace. Even tho it was a little too cold to use the balcony, the view was lovely and we really enjoyed the fireplace. The staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay here again, if we return to the area.
