“not good at all!”
Reviewed 29 June 2012

went the for breakfast one day but i should have stayed home to make toast. The food was like a small child created it, and served it. the pancakes were just ...bad. It was nothing special and there shakes were a joke. I had peices of lime peel in my smoothie...i had to spit them out every time i took a sip.

“If only we had more great little places like this in the West Island”
Reviewed 13 December 2011

We go to Cafe Cantaloup on a regular basis. Such a nice friendly little neighbourhood restaurant. We usually go for breakfast, though a good lunch is also served. France, the owner, makes great smoothies, all with clean fresh ingredients. We don't eat products containing gluten, and appreciate her delicious crepes made with gluten-free flour. For people who eat regular baked goods, she offers an array of popular muffins, cookies, brownies etc. (You can also order your own batch of muffins etc and pick them up later in the week.) Cafe Cantaloup is small and everything is made to order. The service can sometimes be a bit slow if the restaurant gets busy all at once. I enjoy family-owned restaurants where good food is served at a reasonable price and only wish there were more of them!

“Fantastic!”
Reviewed 18 July 2010

8 of us came in for breakfast and 8 of us left satisfied. The food was wonderful and the service was great! Everything they used was fresh and made with care. I would go back in a heartbeat and support this family run business!

“my favourite cafe is Cantaloup Cafe in Pointe-Claire on the West Island”
Reviewed 29 April 2010

From Pierre Elliot Trudeau airport the cafe is 10 mins away. This cafe is opposite the train station, Valois. It is next door to an animal shop(food and toys and supplies).
The cafe has fantastic food and excellent service. All menu items are prepared fresh with unprocessed ingredients.
