It is located at one end of the Dix30 mall, near the L'Etoile theater and the Alt restaurant.
With direct access from the huge underground parking, it is so much easier than going to a steakhouse in downtown Montreal.
We went with friends and had a very enjoyable evening.
My husband had the surlonge steak and it was very good.
I had the braised beef shoulder and it was not very tender. It was served in a strange large kind of bowl so it was quite difficult to cut the meat.
Our friends had the filet mignon and it was good.
The dessert was a apple tart which was served cold... not very good.
The only think I had to complain about was that I have ordered a pina colada and I can hardly taste any rum in it. Did they give me a virgin drink and still charge the full price?
The waiter was very attentive but did not speak English very well so he explained the specials and the menu in French. We are all perfectly bilingual so it wasn't a problem but for people who don't understand French, and in a restaurant which surely caters to a lot of tourist, this shouldn't be the case.
In summary, a good restaurant a little bit pricey but good service and good food (if you order the filet mignon).
