Have been a regular to the restaurant past few months. Their steaks are as good or better then the kegs.

me and my family have a cottage at balm beach not too far from here that we visit almost every weekend during summer and sometimes winter. we decided not to cook and went to this place one time. when i first walked in it looked really nice excluding the atm. so when we got seated, we were at the middle of the whole place. i ordered saganaki for my apitizer and it tasted pretty good. we waited for our entree (i ordered surf n turf) and the garden salad came after our apitizers which should of came when you sat down. the steak was really good turned out rare like i wanted and the baked potato only had sour cream on it.

pros/cons

pros:

- food came out hot and fresh
- waitresses were nice and friendly
- the decor looked beautiful
- bathrooms were clean

cons:

- food was expensive
- couldn't pay with debit we had to go to an atm at the front. to our suprise the machine was out of money so we waited longer
- the atm ruins the decor of the front enterence
- the waitress didnt know how to open the wine bottle
- and they put too much ice in my coke

i enjoyed this place. my parents didnt enjoy it that much due to the price and the inconvenience of no debit machines but its a good restaurant if you have lots of money and like to eat somewhere out for dinner

This was not on our list of restaurants we wanted to go to in Midland, but it was less than a block from our B&B and we did not want to wait for a taxi as the wait times can be 40 minutes or more and we were too tired to walk any distance. We were pleased with how good it was. It was very busy and the servers were being overworked but did their best. We both felt like having Lobster and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was- perfectly cooked. The portions are huge and come with a salad and fresh vegetables; mushrooms and grilled zucchini that night.
There are a lot of large windows to let in plenty of light and show how clean the place is. Nice place to eat and their deserts are to die for.

I had the opportunity to go to the Arch restaurant a few weeks ago. The food is delicious, abundant and very reasonably priced for a fine dining restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. Good ambiance.

Went to the Arch last week for dinner; we had never been there previously but had heard very positive reviews from friends, so we tried it.
The restaurant is located on Yonge Street, with ample parking in the rear.
In keeping with the Greek theme, I had a beer (Creemore Springs, ) and a chicken souvlaki, which was done quite well. (not well done!) The chicken was tender and moist, with a citrus touch. The roasted potatoes were great and the salad was traditional - tasty but not overly flavoured with garlic. My wife had a couple of starters - sauteed scallops (which were done perfectly) and the daily soup (beef veg) which was good.
Service was prompt and friendly; we thought that the price was reasonable, for what we got.
Would certainly return.
