Great view worth the akward drive to get there. The road has changed since I was here last. It would have saved some driving around. But that is one of the reason why I like it here. It is never over busy or crowded. We also tried some geocaching, but they were hard to find.
Beautiful place.

This attraction was once a very popular spot however it is not as easily found anytmore. However it is worth looking for. The views especially in the fall are breathtaking. Nature at its best and best of all its still free. Worth the drive up the hill and be sure to have your camera.

The view was nice but it would help to have something there to tell you what you are looking at and a bit of history. Still it was worth the trip up the hill.

Visited this beautiful Huntsville attraction while staying in Hidden Valley resort, it is about 15 minutes drive from the resort, through Huntsville downtown area and through Brunel road and Forbes hill drive passing near the beautiful building of Active Living Center.
Basically it is hill top area, with a nice Canopy style viewing area, giving a very picturesque vintage view of whole of Huntsville valley on one side and Muskoka lake on the other side.
We spent about an hour there, the approach to the hill top is one way steep drive through the trees and the way back is through different road, both are clearly marked.
There are couples of trails also leading from here.
Extra precaution is required especially with kids.
