“Small town movie theatre is alive and well.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 October 2013

Old time movie atmosphere where an old cinema has been divided in to 3 smaller venues. Movies are always current so no need to travel to larger towns. Sound, atmosphere and seating are just ok compared to the larger theatres but being local makes up for that unless it is a movie where the big screen and sound is required.

“Quaint little theatre”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2013

My husband and I had some time to kill in the evening in Muskoka, so we decided to see the Star Trek movie the last Sunday in May. Yes, there were very few women there. Moving on - the theatre was old school with 3 screens so we didn't expect to much. We were pleasantly surprised - the picture was great, the sound was great (didn't blow out your eardrums) and we got a coupon for $1 off for ice cream across the street after the movie. All three movies started at 7:30. We were a bit early (they don't open until 7) but the owner let us buy our tickets right before they really opened and we had ice cream early. Good selection at the concession stand and you're not broke after buying some snacks. We would reccommend it to anyone and everyone. Enjoy!
