We attended with the Autism Ontario event- very glad we didn’t pay much for the tickets. We have 5 kids- 2 are on the spectrum.....ALL were so fixated on the 2 rollercoasters which was the main reason we made the 1.5 hour drive.......we get there and BOTH rollercoasters are down. The staff (who were teens) didn’t apologize or anything just shrugged and said there were other things. By this time we were in meltdown city......so we just decided to leave; less than 30 mins after we arrived. Next time we will get the Costco passes for wonderland and go there

Hi April,

Our Rudolph Coaster was down for the day with a mechanical problem unfortunately. Our Penguin Coaster had a brief period (15-20 minutes) that we had it down for a minor issue, but otherwise it was in operation for the day. I apologize that you seemed to be caught at just the wrong time, we certainly don't want anyone to leave our park feeling the way you did. Please feel free to contact me directly as I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss this further with you.
Thanks

Fun day in bracebridge, lots to do and decent for all ages. Not too crowded so all attractions and activities are quickly accessed. Food and beverage extremely expensive though which is common in these are. Includes sports land at an additional cost which is go karts, trampoline park, zip line , tree top ops tackle course etc

Thank Erica C

Set amongst the pines and the Muskoka River this is a great theme park for the young and young at heart! Rides are geared for the younger children and it’s not as overwhelming as the big parks. Great splash zone for hot summer days too!

Santa’s Village is an amazing place for child under age 10 ideally. Although our almost 11 year old still had fun. The rides are perfect for little ones who can’t handle long line ups or scary rides.

I've been going since I was a kid. Over the years it became run down and tired. Lots of issues with rides, grounds not kept up and deer looking sad. Bought seasons passes this year because of the new ownership recently. Wow!! I am super impressed!! Rides were great! Gardens are beautiful, deer are thicker and healthier looking.
It was a very exciting day today! Cant wait to spend lots of time (and money) here this summer!
