Four couples spent two nights at Creekside on a golfing weekend. Our consensus was that the rooms were nice but we found the one menu breakfast, while the food was good, did not appeal to our group. We have all stayed at various B & B's over the years and all strived to make the experience great, except in this case. Because of the location, we tried to book for the following year, and hopefully get some flexibility around breakfast, to no avail.

We stayed at Creekside B@B in May, and had the most wonderful welcome. Sue was so sweet and accomodating. Our room was so bright and large with a very comfortable bed. There are hundreds of movies to choose from that you can watch in your room, and the breakfast was soooo delicious! Thank you Sue for your kindness, and we look forward to returning in July.

Room Tip: All of the rooms looked beautiful!

Thanks for the kind review, we maintain that it really is the warm, friendly guests that make the B&B so much fun.

I recently stayed at The Creekside B & B with my teenage son. We both give it a two thumbs up when it comes to service and comfort. Sue was so helpful and accommodating. As another person commented, it is truly as if you are old friends coming for a visit. Even though our visit was during a very cold weekend, there was something for everyone of all ages to keep busy or just a quite place to relax. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved it so much, we will be back in July with the rest of our family.

The Creekside is the best B&B we have had the pleasure to stay at. IT is a little off the beaten path and there's a highway close by but the setting is worth it. A nice, pastoral, rural farm property. The heritage home has been restored in a most glorious manner. Nothing was spared with fittings and fixtures. The rooms are cozy. Beds are most comfy, towels and linens are rich. Our hostess, Sue was, perhaps the best part. She is the quintessential, perfect host. A wonderful conversationalist with a fine sense of humour, so warm and congenial. Her blueberry pancakes are healthy and superb. Thank you, Sue!
Would we stay there, again? We would go miles out of our way to do so!

This lovely bed and breakfast is surrounded by farmers fields and a vineyard in a quiet rural setting but it is only 10 mins from CFB Greenwood which is very convenient. The hosts Mike and Sue (and their daughter Amanda - who was home for a visit) make you feel at home instantly and do everything right to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Our room was comfortable and very clean and Sue's breakfasts were great. The tour of the house was appreciated and revealed the tasteful restoration of this beautiful old home. We enjoyed having options to sit and chat with our hosts or grab a movie from the extensive collection. We know we will be back again in the not too distant future.

Thanks for the kind words. As new B&B owners Sue and I were a little apprehensive initially but have found that the B&B world is great fun. We get to meet and spend time with fun and interesting people without ever leaving home!

Sue and Mike welcome you into their home more as old friends coming for morning tea than guests paying to stay in a hotel. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful, offering restaurant recommendations, what things are best to see in the area, and information on current local events.

Beautiful location several acres of yard, with apx 100 acres of unused farm land behind, providing a scenic view of the hillside, about 10 minutes out of town.

The food is amazing and offered in a rather large quantity. Some of the meals we had were homemade gingerbread waffles, locally picked blueberry pancakes, and a salmon omelette that will practically cause a Pavlovian response of mouth watering every time you think of it. They also provide local berries, tea, coffee, and or juice with each meal, and are flexible about meeting dietary requirements for their guests. While we were here a vegan couple stayed overnight, and Sue and her daughter looked up recipes and baked well-received gluten free vegan friendly muffins, even offering them some for their drive back to the airport after breakfast.

The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, if you want to stay in your room your left to yourself and not disturbed, if you want to sit and visit they're more then happy to oblige. They offer DVDs which you can watch in your room or downstairs, and have a small library of books as well.

Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage for the two of us to unpack for the week, with a good sized attached bath. They double checked with us the first day about our preferences regarding privacy if they could come in daily for the towels and cleaning as well as checking what time we'd like to be up for breakfast.

Have will continue to recommend the Creekside Bed & Breakfast to any and all.

Room Tip: All rooms have an excellent view, and beautiful arrangement. Not much need to try for one room over...

We spent only one night at the Creekside but that was more than enough to make us sure there will be more to come next time we are in the area.
Warm welcoming late night when we arrived, very nice old house from the end of 19th century fully renovated with taste and excellent finishing! The location is very quiet therefore you will sleep in total silence.
Breakfast prepared by Sue in combination with her pleasant company and politeness made our experience something that we can only recommend to everyone.
Last but not least... do not forget to take a tour with the tractor outside!
