I've been frequenting the Brew Pub for almost 15 years now, and it's been consistently inconsistent throughout. They clearly have focused their energies on their award-winning beers (all delicious, but pace yourself, or else you will be suffering the next day, it's very strong stuff) rather than on training their servers. If you want your beer quick, just walk up to the bar and get the bartender to serve you, then go back to your table. Don't plan on the Pub if you're hoping for a quick meal - it's more of an extended experience. The menu has improved these days, now that they're trying for that beer-pairing concept, and they've kept the same chef for a little while now. If you're hoping for conversing with your tablemates and there's a band coming in, you should head out - it'll be too loud to talk. Don't get me wrong, I love this place, I have a mug hanging behind the bar, but it's a venue that requires patience.
