We had a fabulous dinner last week at The Living Room. Dinner was excellent. The beef carpaccio was perfect. My husband (who is VERY fussy and not shy about sending food back to the kitchen) had the elk and I had the seafood pasta. Max was our waitress. She was great! Super patient with our four year old daughter. She said she hopes Max is our waitress every time we come to the Livingroom. Overall a great night out for us. We were so happy with the experience, we went back on Sunday for brunch. Rosie was our waitress. She was cheerful, efficient and very personable. Breakfast was very good and again, excellent value. Thanks! We'll be back.

My Husband and I went with my Dad and his wife and our two kids age 8 mnths and 3 years. The staff was warm and friendly. The service was good. A colour sheet was provided to keep the kids busy and the view was fantastic! Food was fresh and super yummy! We will definitely be back

There is no reason to go five minutes out of your way to dine at this restaurant. It just isn't worth it. Even the view is of a scruffy golf course the locals think is funny. We got to watch three shirtless, shoeless guys play golf. Whoopee. They lost one of our orders meaning a fourth in our party ate dinner while we watched. (Shoulder shrug at this point.) Almost not worth reviewing.

As guests at the hotel, we ate two lunches and an appetizer dinner there. Beautiful weather made for outside seating and enjoying the view. The servers were pleasant and mostly attentive. We appreciated the calm and quiet after eating in noisy pubs and restaurants in Vancouver. The prices seemed fair and a good selection of beer and wine. Full bar.
