we spent two night there in July. Mauro & Lotti are excellent hosts, and the place is beautiful: clean, almost new, and quiet, although not far from downtown Salmon Arm. For breakfast you can find everything you need, taking your time in the spacious dining room or enjoying the view from the panoramic terrace

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Swiss Lodge. The owners are super friendly and welcoming, the building spectacular, the surroundings beautiful and peaceful. We loved it so much, we cancelled a night in Banff to stay an extra night here, and we did not regret it.
The rooms are big and very clean, with patio doors to the outside.
A place to rejuvenate your soul!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Eagle room but other rooms looked equally as good.

Me and my boyfriend were driving to Vancouver from Calgary and stayed at the Swiss Lodge for, unfortunately, just one night.
I say unfortunately because this bed and breakfast is a piece of heaven. I don't even know where to start.
The place is big, luminous, cozy, cleaned, simple yet flawless. You can totally tell how much care and love the owners put into it.
Our room, the Eagle suite, was spacious and well equipped, extra towels, extra pillows, a mini fridge...perfect, not to mention the sheets, hands down the most comfortable and softest I have ever experienced. And then the immense field that surrounds the lodge: we made sure to take our time to hang out with the goats and the horses and breathe some fresh air. Also the view from the patio is stunning.
The breakfast was simply unbelievable. Eggs perfectly cooked, gluten free bread available, everything was fresh and delicious. Make sure to try the sausage, you won't regret it.
But what really impressed us was the kindness of Lotti. Lotti made sure that our stay at the lodge went perfect, and so it did. Lotti is really a sweetheart, it was a pleasure meeting a woman like her, we have been talking about her all the time after we left.
We really look forward to come back. This place is a little gem, Thank you Lotti!

We had stayed at one B&B in Salmon Arm in prior years but found the rate had risen beyond our limited travel budget. We were so lucky to have found the Swiss Lodge! Lotti was such a gracious host! Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very spacious, loved the large bathroom and the Breakfast!!! OUTSTANDING! This is a great half-way stop between Vancouver and Calgary! Don't miss it!

Room Tip: We had a room on the back of the property on the main floor so the access to the car and luggage was...

The facilities are light and airy with a lot of attention to detail, lovely attention worthy art objects and hangings, Lotti and Mauro and helpful daughter Fadrina were very welcoming, informative and interesting. Yummy bed and lovely rooms. There were three of us and the rooms were joined by a curtained arch. Quiet. Restful. Glad we could stay two nights. Breakfast to order and kept us going most of the day. A really wonderful discovery.

A great and welcoming B & B for someone traveling alone. Great hosts, comfortable bed and good breakfast. More of a guest house than an ordinary B & B, one can come and go as often as wanted. No need to stay out all day if you want to relax in the common area or patio.

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay at this B&B for our vacation.
Beautiful people, Mauro and Lotti, beautiful property, very very well taken care of, and all the animals, especially our favorite Stella.
This B&B is a MUST when visiting B.C. Exceptional service. Our hosts were amazing, the breakfasts were something to look forward to every morning! The rooms are SPOTLESS!
But most of all, Mauro and Lotti's warm and genuine welcome is the real treasure.
We are going back! If you want a great Italian restaurant, go to Andiamo's. Chef Carlo cooks and sings to perfection.
Go to Swiss Lodge, you will NOT regret it! Worth any detour!
