Beautiful French cafe atmosphere but food was disappointing. The coffee and gelatos are good.
The French Onion soup was overly salty and had burnt croutons.

We decided to have breakfast and lunch here because we found out they have a gluten-free menu. Considering its small size, this little cafe actually has quite a variety of selections on their GF menu. The yam panini was delicious and the GF bread they used was soft and tasted great! The trail mix muffin was also delicious. (you would never know it was a GF item) There are many great non-GF items as well, along with the wonderful coffee selections. My only complaint is that the coffee is a bit pricey for the size of the cup. I can get a much larger specialty coffee in Calgary for at least the same price if not for less.

The cafe is small (one table and 4 stools at a sit-up bar), so be prepared to take your food with you or eat outside at one of the other few tables. We would have eaten outside, but the wasps were in abundance and we decided against it.

The staff were helpful and patient (we have two children who constantly change their minds), and we were served quickly and didn't have to wait too long for our sandwiches to be made. Everything was fresh and we all were pleased with our choices.

This little Gem has everything from great espresso, homemade pastries, bread, sandwiches, pasta, pizza and gelato packed in a small 3 table cafe. Service and food was amazing.

This great little restaurant is becoming a routine stop for us on our cross BC trips. It is a small detour from the highway for some very worthwhile fare. Their homemade soups are great - last stop - a rich, creamy and flavorful corn chowder. Their breads and interesting cheeses help make a variety of nicely balanced sandwiches very tasty. I love the sorbets, fresh fruit tastes and pleasant texture. It is so good that I eat desert first. Counter service is at a relaxed pace but the service shines when it comes to extras like tracking down a lost Fleece. The staff went the extra distance - excellent!

Stopped for lattes and bagels before biking Frisbee. Coffee was awesome, homemade bagels were terrific. Loved it so much came back for a late lunch. Had pulled pork sandwiches, with red cabbage, swiss cheese and hot peppers on homemade buns. It was fantastic! Quaint little spot with inside tables and outside bistro tables. Staff was friendly and service was fast.
