It was a great place to stay whilst skiing Revelstoke!! Shawn's breakfasts are great and Young Seon was very attentive whilst he was cooking. Their knowledge of the area is also of value, plus its great to sit and relax in the dining room in the afternoons. Will definitely be back soon.

What can we say? We thought we had died and gone to heaven in this place!

From the personal welcome at the door on the first day to the incredible breakfasts and wishing us well on our way - we will always look back on our stay at the Courthouse Inn with a smile.

Shawn and Young Seon have really got a jewel of a place here. Each and every detail of the house has been considered and thought out, with a theme for each room. We stayed in "The Nest" and had great fun in the morning looking through the book of North American songbirds and listening to their calls on the recorder!

The breakfasts were just out of this world; forget your bowl of cereal and milk, this is 5-star dining!

Needless to say, we'd fly Transatlantic just to go back to this place again - it's worth it!

During our trip from the Rockies to Vancouver Island we decided to stop at the Courthouse Inn, we made an online reserveration and withing a couple of hours this was confirmed.
When we arrived at the Inn we were warmly greated by Shawn and Young Seon.
Shawn gave us a tour around the house and Young Seon handled the check-in.
Our room was very large, clean and quiet. With all the train moved in the area that was very nice.

After some diner tips from Shawn we decided to go to the Japanese restaurant. If you like Japanese food; let Shawn make a reservation :-), it was good.

And then the breakfast; a 3 course breakfast with 5 star quality!! Thanks guys we didn't need to go to lunch anymore.

We were on a road trip and dropped in without reservations. The proprietors were extremely courteous and friendly. Ambience of the B&B was very pleasant and super clean. Quiet spot that serves a wonderful breakfast including a special dessert (we had a really delicious chocolate tart that set up the whole day). Run by very nice people who are working really hard to provide an excellent B&B experience. Highly recommended.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Courthouse Inn for one night on a trip from Vicoria to Calgary. It was a perfect stopping point. We were warmly greeted by our hosts who showed us around the Inn and provided us with some great suggestions for dinner that evening. Our room was large and comfortable~ and quiet. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay again we have the opportunity.

Room Tip: They have a wonderful web site, with pictures of all the rooms.

My husband and I stayed for one night to break a long journey but would have loved to stay longer.
The Courthouse Inn is a beautiful building which has been transformed by its two enthusiastic hosts. The bedding, towels and toiletries are of a high standard and the place is immaculate. There is complimentary tea and coffee and homemade cookies available in the communal lounge/dining room so people often sit and socialise there. The breakfasts are wonderful with some very different choices from the usual run of the mill.
Revelstoke is a quaint little town with apparent pride in itself. There is street entertainment some evenings and a choice of bars and restaurants.
We were recommende to try the Woolsey Creek Bistro by our hosts and it was wonderful.
Although only there for one night we visited the hydro electric station which was very interesting and we had a lovely drive up Mount Revelstoke but couldn't get to the top due to a landslide blocking the way.

Room Tip: Some rooms are on the ground floor which I personally wouldn't like so it might be best to ask w...

Ok, so breakfast was amazing. I had the Korean-style egg/pancake with little shrimp. Absolutely delish. Jane has the egg soufle without cheese (dairy sensitivity) with bacon in the bottom of the dish. Really nice. Fruit and yogurt as a first course. Then, just as I'm sitting back and relaxing with the last of the cappuccino, out comes desert! Warm chocolate cake with chocolate center and chocolate sauce. Course, had to go take a three-hour nap afterwards. Thunder boomer came through, cool breeze. All in all, another wonderful day in Revelstoke. Def a place to come back to. Am thinking that it would be a lot of fun the week from Xmas to New Years. The comfy of the B&B, town is only a ten minute walk, and plenty of great places to eat.
