A short overnight stay where reservations had been made by a local Revelstoke contact.
The hotel is away from down-town, near the TransCanada, but provides a shuttle service.
Everything felt new and clean, the staff was most accommodating.
A liquor store is conveniently located next to the lobby.
A good breakfast which contained some hot items was included in the room rate.
This hotel would be ideal for a longer stay also, Revelstoke is an outdoor and skiing destination.

Clean comfortable hotel but on checking in we were given a ground floor room near the gym & toilets, being a light sleeper we asked could they change the room which they did. The next day my husband overheard someone asking the receptionist if the hotel had any rooms to let & was asked if they had any pets as they only had ground floor rooms available & these were the rooms they gave to guests with pets. As my husband suffers from asthma & we had had our room booked for at least six months I couldn't understand why they would decide to give us one of these ground floor rooms! I'm certainly glad they changed our room as the consequence could have spoilt the rest of our vacation. There is a free breakfast which is a added bonus.

From the moment you walk in and greeted by the staff you know you found a welcoming place to stay for a ski weekend. The entire place and the rooms are clean with big windows to enjoy the breath taking view of the Revelstoke valley. Recommend this place to anyone for business or family getaways. Excellent hot tubs to enjoy after a great day of skiing!!!! If you are in the service either Canadian or American they give a discount. Well worth it.

We were just passing through Revelstoke and stayed here. It's pretty nice as we have found all the Best Western Plus's to be. The staff was friendly the bed was comfortable the room was clean and everything worked. Perhaps the best part of our visit was dinner at the Woolsey Creek Cafe.

To be honest, they ran out of pet rooms, so I slept in the car with three dogs, because it is against the law or something for dogs to sleep in cars alone. The rest of the family took the room. I felt entiltled to the free breakfast, anyway, which was good. The rooms were nicer than 90% of the places I have stayed. I guess that is why it is called Best Western "Plus." It is a hotel off the TransCanada highway and was much nicer than we would have settled for. Pool and hot tubs were being used by many people. It was pricier than I am used to, but it was also the only place to stay without driving another 4 hours because it was a long weekend. Now that I remember, I think the AC was noisy according to the people that got to sleep in the room.

There is nothing better than having a snooze in a comfortable bed in a room that more than meets expectations in cleanliness, space and appointments. The only downside was a system crash that meant no electronic communication or utilization of the business center. The staff was outstanding! The gentleman we first dealt with advised us about the hotel and its connection with an off site upscale dining room and deals. When we opted for more casual he directed us to a lovely restaurant nearby. Later as a result of not being able to use our IPAD to book hotels in Calgary the reception clerk Mallory went above and beyond expectation attempting to book us into suitable accommodation. The staff certainly promoted their own first, but also advised on others when all Best Western's were booked. They worked swiftly and efficiently and knew when to disengage to deal with their own customers and then return to the task at hand. Very commendable.

Room Tip: There is no restaurant but they have a complimentary satisfying breakfast.
